The Maoist intention

The Maoist’s are currently all set to capture the state and turn it into a communist dictatorship. Except for themselves, they want to weaken and destroy all other institutions that exist. This was their plain and main objective from the very beginning and they did succeed to some extent to fool the people as well as the other leaders of various political parties. They succeeded because they have overcome their biggest hurdle, the “Monarchy”. The decade long Maoist’s so called peoples war was a pre planned design that worked for them as they hoped it would. It was not a war for the people, it was a strategy they used to terrorize the people and weaken their rivals and those who opposed them. The fifteen thousand lives taken was to show their strength and silence the people from speaking against them. At this point the people were so helpless, that they did not have any choice other than to quietly watch the Maoists move forward with their evil mission to capture the state. The question here is where were all the other political leaders and parties while all of this was happening? Firstly, they listed the Maoists as terrorist and tried to maintain their own status as leaders ruling the country and when they saw the situation was getting out of hand, switched sides and went to join hands with the terrorists who demanded to get rid of the two hundred and forty year old institution, the Monarchy. The only reason as to why they joined hands with the terrorists is that they were still hungry for power and thought, after the King is toppled, it’s election time again and we will fool the people as usual and come back to power. Lost with their greed for power the political leaders undermined the Maoist intentions, but the latter like a gigantic fish swallowed all these leaders and moved forward ahead of them. The New Delhi agreement was designed to sideline all the political parties and help the Maoists to come to power by demolishing the Royal institution of Nepal, which succeeded and bigger brother India played a major role. On one hand as planned the Maoists held meetings with the then called seven party alliance and set a date for the CA election and on the other hand their self formed army, the PLA and the YCL were still terrorizing the people in all shapes and sizes. During election, though mentioned by the Maoists as a fair one, the people were threatened to vote for them. A lot of people did not go out to vote out of fear, some did some remained silent and thus the Maoists emerged as the largest party with the help of their terror packed package. Some of the CA members elected haven’t been to school and are even incapable to read or write. Some 600 elected CA members gathered in a room and giving it the name of “peoples choice” declared Nepal a democratic republic. In reality is that and what is happening now is what the Nepalese people wanted? However, who cares for the people anymore is the Maoists attitude and they are still moving further in their mission. After the Monarchy, it is now the army cause weakening the army makes the Maoists even more stronger for their terror army the PLA still exists and is actively functional. The judiciary system has also been attacked along with the bureaucracy of the country. Other leading political parties have been divided in two fractions by the Maoist game play and the people are still terrorized and silenced. The one sector that can in reality take the mask off the Maoists is the media which has been restricted to going against these terrorists by them physically attacking the media personals and media houses. Reporters have been kidnapped, beaten up and some have been murdered. The political leaders are all sellouts who only care for money and power, the people have been terrorized to such extremes that they prefer to stay quite and bear the burden rather than revolt and the foreign community is not helping. In such a situation, Nepal is falling in the grips of the communist dictators and the Maoists are all set to destroy everything that the country had to establish themselves with strong roots. The final question is, will anyone rise above all the dirty politics, greed and lead the country towards a peace and prosperous Nepal?????

Prachanda a traitor as per his own men

Dipak Pandey of the United Maoists Party who is also in charge of Taulihawa Chapter has quit the mother party and joined the Matrika group freshly. Talking to journalists in Taulihawa, said Mr. Pandey, “Prachanda has deceived all of us, he is the traitor but yet the revolution continues until the down trodden are liberated”. Further, “A communist leader who rides a car worth ten million rupees and the one who sleeps on a bed worth hundred thousand plus can no longer remain as the messiah of the people and thus realizing this hidden truth we have abandoned the Maoist party for good ”, said Pandey. Mr. Prime Minister, what would you like to comment on this statement from your own follower? Even your own party members and followers have identified you as a traitor and are abandoning you and at such times, how do you expect the public to trust you anymore. This is just the beginning, Mr. Matrika and others who once were close to you and have shared dark secrets with you are bound to make public all the dark side of “Prachanda” which will in due course of time make you stand before the public unmasked. Just like the saying, “what goes around, comes around”, you will face the aftermath of having terrorized the nation for over ten years and good luck to you.

Where is the national interest

Nepal, since unification has always remained independent regardless of the unsuccessful invasions carried out at various times by the friendly enemies. The Indian establishment along with Americans and the Europeans have always had an interest in Nepal for reasons of their own. Some powers have the interest for their presence in Nepal to monitor the activities of China and India as they are the growing and emerging economic powers of the modern world. In another words, Nepal is serving the interests of foreign powers but is lacking to take care of its own citizens and the credit and the blame goes to the leaders of Nepal. The land that once stretched from Tista river in the east to Kangara across Sutlej river in the west is loosing it’s territory every single day. The Ranas were pro British and pleased them to save their own rule. The leaders during the Panchayat rule were pro India and some operated as agents for China, America and some European countries. The Nepali Congress learned their politics from Indian politicians and were always serving the Indian interest to please their masters. The UML was in a split position with some of the leaders being pro China and some pro India always busy trying to please their own side. The Maoists are pro China as their name speaks for itself and they too are always busy functioning in the best interest of their mentors and masters. However, the Maoists also have some obligation towards the Indian establishment for harboring them at a time when they were listed as and were functioning as terrorists. So there is a price to be paid towards the Indian side also. Currently, the Indian established is upset with the Maoists for serving the Chinese interest over theirs and are acting up by sending envoys to Nepal as messengers. The Communist leaders go south to India but say they visited China which is some kind of a game going on just to please their masters. This tells the whole story, why the country is underdeveloped and even the basic necessities of life have not been provided to the people. Electricity problems, lack of proper drinking water, cooking gas, education, roads, industries, health system, sanitation and hygiene etc. etc. The political parties and their leaders are only concerned about their own being and are heads over heals busy functioning in the interest of their foreign masters and do not have time to think or work for the betterment of the nation. If this is let to continue, our nation will not progress and the people will always have to suffer cause there is not one single leader who is pro Nepali, who would only serve the Nepali interest. The country had and has always missed that one leader, who would think work and live like a true Nepali serving the interest of Nepal and its citizens.

will Humla ever have a hydro project

The government, instead of using two helicopters to go to the same function should be giving one to Hansa Thapa to transport construction materials to Humla. He is not asking for free service instead looking for service at a lower cost to generate electricity in his home town in Humla. It is service to the people and the government should support such cause specially at a time where the government has failed to provide the public with electricity and the country in under fourteen hours of load shading. Mr. Thapa has already spend four months in the capital seeking assistance from the government to provide him transportation at a lower cost to transfer construction materials for a hydro project to Humla. Mr. Thapa, if you depend on this Maoist led government, your dream of bringing your village into lights will never come true cause these so called Nepalese leaders are busy running after their own dreams.

Unnecessary expenses by the Maoists

They speak something and do something else. They talk about saving the state money and using it for development programs instead of making unnecessary expenses from the state treasury but have been doing exactly the opposite. The Prime Minister, even after having three luxury vehicles at his disposal has recently purchased a dream car with a estimated cost of almost ten million Nepalese Rupees. Under benefit of the doubt, the PM can be let go on this issue, though it was not necessary, the fact that the vehicle still remains as the state property and he would only be using it. The other unnecessary expense the Maoist led government has made, which could have been avoided was the PM and the Defense Minister using two different choppers to go to the same program when it costs almost 80,000 bucks per hour for fuel to fly those birds. Comrades, on one hand you talk about saving the state money and on the other you spend such huge amounts unnecessarily. Both of you were going to attend the same program, same time, same place but both of you were not thoughtful enough of save money for the state. Mr. Prime Minister and Mr. Defense Minister, after almost ten years of hard life in the jungles, it does feel great to be surrounded by all kinds of luxury but those kinds of expenses if made from your own pocket instead from the state would be better for the state. But do you really care?

what is the connection between Home Minister Bamdev & Rishi Dhamala

The Home minister, Bam Dev Gautam has recently expressed his desire to see the corrupt journalist Rishi Dhamala free and has also wished that he is innocent saying that he knows the criminal closely. Firstly, the Home Minister having links with the criminal does not prove him innocent and secondly it is very irresponsible of Mr. Bam Dev to give such a public comment when the institution he heads has arrested the criminal journalist who has been charged with links with underground outfits involved in criminal activities. The Police has made his telephonic conversations public and the criminals arrested have also confessed Rishi’s involvement. At a situation like this, such statements from the Home Minister will not only demoralize the morals of the investigating officers but will also put pressure on them to be biased in favor or against the accused. The other mind bothering aspect in this case is, why would the Home Minister advocate in favor of the criminal instead of encouraging the officers involved in the investigation to nail the accountable for the crimes. Somewhere in the back of the mind the question also arises, does he, the Home Minister have involvement of any kind and is uncomfortable about the fact that his name might come up if the criminal being investigated spills the beans before the cops. Everyone in innocent until proven guilty but possibilities cannot be ruled out.

Rishi Dhamala and his affiliates the three Mahatos, if the audio recordings of the telephonic conversation is verified as authentic, are terrorists, harboring and conducting terror related activities without a doubt and should be penalized and prosecuted as criminals. At this point, it is too early to draw conclusions and the law enforcement must be allowed the required time to conduct their investigations independently without any pressure of any kind, be it political or from reporters. This crack-down by the cops is not just links between Dhamala and the underground outfit the Ranabir Sena, there is much bigger network, with as one may suspect personalities from the current political arena may also have involvements of some kind. At this early stage of investigation Rishi Dhamala does not look like the mastermind, instead he looks and sounds like a mediator, wanting to make some fast money working for a bigger fish and Dhamala is the ladder that could lead the law enforcement to get to the real big fish behind all of this. While in custody and during the course of investigation, Rishi Dhamala should not have the privilege of seeing any visitors. Even politicians, leaders or diplomats should be restrained from seeing Dhamala cause if there is any involvement of such a person, they would want to meet him to ask him to keep his mouth zipped by either threatening or assuring to work on his release. Listening to the audio that has been published as the telephonic conversation, any layperson can tell the people involved in that conversation are indeed participating in terror related activities and anyone trying to advocate on behalf of Dhamala or showing soft corners will also fall within the circle of suspicion. The law enforcement has done a good job by cracking down the ring-masters and we should wait patiently for the investigation reports.

Open letter to PM Prachanda

Dear, Mr. Prime Minister,

You promised to the people and even took the oath of office in the name of Nepalese people saying that you would work for the people but all your actions so far have been against the people and the nation. A person who was defeated in the elections and was rejected by the people is the Vice Prime Minister and the Home Minister in your cabinet. How are the people to trust this person that he would provide security to the people when he is the same one rejected by the people. That's a sign of failure to begin with. Yet again you made the same mistake by bringing Madhav Kumar Nepal as the appointed CA member and even elaborating it by appointing him as the head of the Constitution Drafting Committee. All you have done so far is tried to build your own political career and have done nothing for the country or the people. You have promoted your family members and the people around you. You may think the country is running smooth and that you have lived up to the expectations of the people but the bitter reality is that you have failed. Your close supporters may be giving you this wrong impression but the public has already realized their mistake of putting you in office. The interaction we have had with people, have indicated that they are disappointed by your performance and you have proved to be yet just another ordinary Prime Minister and this has been said by the ones who supported you and the Maoists and indeed voted for you and your party. Security has always been challenged by the criminals and from the time your party came to the main stream politics and since you came into office of the Prime Minister, security of the country has become a big joke. Crimes of all kind and magnitude are being committed in broad daylight and the law enforcement has failed to stop, prevent or protect the innocent victims against such crimes. You promised to punish the guilty party involved in the killing of businessman Shrestha from Koteshor, yet Bibidh was promoted as a central committee member though he is a suspect as well as a case has been filed against him. Criminal cases filed against the Maoists at various courts have been dropped and your Government is granting pardon to political criminals by deciding to drop the cases filed against them. This is another issue that is bothering the public and if not corrected they will not only distrust you but will also voice against you. So as promised, take stern action against all the criminals and bring them under the law by punishing them. Mr. Prime Minister, your party has joined the main stream politics and you do also head the government but since you and your party has failed to comply with the basic requirements of a political party, by theory your government and your party is still not legitimate as per the law of the land. You have not disarmed and your party still possesses all those weapons illegally obtained without a license to possess or own them. The Maoist Army the PLA is now a illegal body cause you and your party are in the government and you already have the Nepal Army as the national army to protect and function like any other official army of the world. There is no need whatsoever for you to have a parallel army and it has to be dissolved and completely non functional and in reality they have to surrender to the government with the arms and ammunition in their possession. Until then it is still considered illegal to run a parallel army. Even in your address to the nation, you talked about ending the dowry system, giving equal rights to daughters on ancestral property and you said both the parties involved in giving and receiving bribes will be guilty. These issues have already been addressed by the previous government in the past also and we the Nepalese people do not see any difference between our kids, be it a boy or a girl. You were expected to address more important issues like drafting the constitution on time, providing security to the people, improving the economy and the living standards of the people, about the education system, national security etc. etc. Instead of that, you are just talking like a helpless person seeking help and cooperation from others to do your job and save your government. You promised to return the illegally captured property to the rightful owners but your senior party leaders say that they will not return the property at any cost and some have been heard saying, “so what Prachanda promised”. You have allied with other two political parties to form the government and both your allies do not trust you and time and period they have been giving negative statements about you and your party. Similarly you and your party members do the same like school going kids, pointing fingers at each other rather than working collectively for the nation. Recently you were heard saying that Madhav Kumar Nepal has lost his mind and Baburam Bhattarai went to the extent of calling Mr. Nepal a stray dog, but you and your party appointed him as the CA member and as well as the head of the Constitution Drafting Committee. If he was and is what you say then why in the world did you promote him the person who was rejected by the people in the first place. The government of Nepal today is just wasting and killing time fighting among themselves, blaming one another for the failure of the government. If that is all you are going do, then when would you find time to do something for the people and the nation. Mr. Prime Minister, these are only a few issues and there are a lot more that need immediate attention from the government. Stop this cat and mouse game going on and start working for the people and the nation which is your primary job or else the Nepalese people are tolerant but there is a limit and the day the tolerance breaks the people will be compelled to take matters in their own hands to save the nation and then the wrong doers will be publicly punished and there will be nowhere to run and hide for them.

Finally, Mr. Prime Minister, rise above all these accusations among political leaders and making false promises to the public. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, “what have I done for the nation and the people so far?” maybe you would be able to answer yourself in the best manner. Or else your promises will only be a distant dream which will only come true in comics like the one below.

Life without electricity

It is hard to imagine life without electricity specially in a country which is supposed to be the second richest in the world when it comes to water resource. Nepal should be like any other metropolitan city in the world with glittering lights everywhere, every street and corner should be lit up and every household should have power at a low cost with the rich recourse it has. Instead, the people are suffering with the ongoing load shedding of almost fourteen to sixteen hours a day. The normal life must have been drastically affected by the ongoing load shedding. Ordinary people have to make plans according to the schedule of the electricity. You want to study but you cannot because there is no light, your computer never works when you want it to, your refrigerated goods get rotten, in the kitchen rice cooker is just a show pot and your TV is just another useless tool. The power cuts in Nepal are not good for its growth and economy as well. Lower productivity means higher costs for finished goods and people will feel that in their pockets when they visit the market. Why isn’t this issue getting sorted out? It is a sensitive issue and is directly effecting the lives of the people. Nepalese businesses, enterprises, communications, industries, education and service sectors have been so much hit that overall capacity utilization of the industrial units due to load shedding has come down to about 40-50 per cent. It has already handicapped the economy and will further cripple it which is not a good sign for a nation that is trying hard to emerge out from the hard hitting cyclone of poverty.

Finance Minister and senior Maoist leader Dr. Baburam Bhattarai has been heard saying, “Gyanendra Shah (former King) is still conspiring. The UML and Nepali Congress should understand this reality,” These politicians just to save their own necks are from time to time playing the dirty game of mixing religion (Pashupatinath issue) into politics and now are blaming the King of conspiring against them. If King Gyanendra had such intentions, he would not have moved out of the palace in the first place and would have easily retaliated from the palace as a king. These thugs to cover their own failure are blaming the king who gave way to these unpatriotic elements to prove themselves. They should be more than grateful to the king instead of dragging him and his name to their dirty politics. So all you leaders, work on the basic needs of the people which is providing them the much required security first, put all those involved in criminal activities behind bars, return all the property that you have illegally captured to the rightful owners, work on producing more electricity so the people get relief from the life in darkness and stop fighting like cats and dogs over personal issues. If you can do that, then the public may consider trusting you or even giving you a second chance or else you will soon be history and you will be replaced by the people themselves. Finally, stop blaming the King for your failure, you have been given a chance and you are solely responsible for blowing it up

The Prime Minister says his understanding in the murder case of reporter Uma Singh is different than what is publicized in the media but does not talk about the facts or what his understanding is but only tries to confuse the public and get away with a childish response, but he does admit it could be someone from some party involved in this inhuman act. He says protest against the crimes but does not say that his government will prioritize this case and immediately crack down the murderers and bring them to justice. Him being unable to assure the public of such strong action is deep inside him he does have the fear that it could be his party men involved, which they have been in various serious crimes and the Maoists have been unable to take any action against those criminals. So, Mr. Prime Minister, get beyond and above your party boundaries and start working for the people and the nation or else you were you are and will always be what you have been labeled as.

Security, a joke in Nepal

Baban Singh, who likes to call himself Sir John, a notorious criminal himself has identified the Maoist lawmaker Jagat Yadav, behind the murder of journalist Uma Singh and has said that it is the responsibility of the state to book the criminals and take action against them. The amazing factor here is that we have law makers not only with criminal backgrounds but are also active criminals. They have been identified, their crimes have been open to all but still no action of any kind has been taken against these criminals and they roam freely as ever. Is being a politician in Nepal a license to commit crimes? If no, why are these criminals roaming freely and why are they not behind bars? Is the law enforcement agency in Nepal incapable or have they been ordered by the government not to take any action against the political criminals? Well it is a known truth that the security issues in Nepal has become a big joke. The law enforcement personals fear the criminals cause they have political backup and these terrorists commit crimes like it is a day to day job without any fear. The criminals confront the law enforcement officials and walk away with their weapons, they commit crimes in broad daylight with such ease, like it’s a piece of cake for them and this is only possible cause these criminals have political backup from the government. If the government wanted to stop all of this, they would have issued stern orders to the law enforcement to crack down these criminals and nail them which would have not only reduced the crimes but would have these criminals brought to justice and eradicated these inhuman activities. The current Maoist led government has been a complete failure to provide public security, they are incapable of protecting the citizens as criminals too.

Kathmandu is filled with filth and trash. The rotting trash with the disturbing bad smell is suffocating the people and the common lives have become miserable. Soon, some epic disease will hit the city causing even more devastating consequences. Who is to blame for all this havoc? Of course the government led by the Maoists. Even after coming to power and leading the government, their terror related activities have not stopped and the public life has always been disturbed somehow or the other. Maoist terror wing the YCL beats up people ruthlessly and seeking justice, asking the authority to take action against the criminals, the victims have to go to the extend of calling transportation strike with the hope the government would address their issue. The government just ignores all of this, which leads to the waste management being unable to do their job of collecting and dumping the trash. It is not the waste management to be blamed for the chaos caused. Indeed, it is the Maoist led government that is at fault and they are responsible cause they have been incapable of providing adequate security to the general public and this garbage problem is just a consequence of the same.

Minister for Information and Communications Krishna Bahadur Mahara has said the government would take stern action against the murderers of journalist Uma Singh. Similarly, Prachanda also earlier assured the family of late businessman Mr. Shrestha that his murderers would be punished. What happened? Instead of punishing the criminal he was rewarded. Kali Bahadur Kham ‘Bibidh’, an absconding Maoist accused of the murder of a businessman of Koteshwor Ramhari Shrestha, has been made a member of the central committee of the Unified CPN-Maoist. A murderer who should be spending time behind bars has been promoted as a central committee member and the Maoists have added yet another offender in their gang of criminals. Pushpa Kamal Dahal from the Prime Minister’s seat had admitted that Bibidh was involved in the murder and at that point had expelled Bibidh as division commander of the People’s Liberation Army. Bibidh is the main accused in the murder of businessman Shrestha. The bereaved family had also filed a first information report against him at the district police office, Chitwan. If you guys want to punish the wrongdoers and actually mean it, then in that case majority of your leaders will end up in jail cause your’s is a gang of criminals who have committed crimes of all magnitude. Liars, like you guys are, will never punish the criminals, instead they will be rewarded by promoting them as central leaders So please stop fooling the public and giving them false assurance. Criminals are and will always remain criminals and they have to be punished.

Various groups representing the Newa: Community demanding separate State for the Newars have submitted a memorandum to the Constitution Drafting Committee on Friday, January 16, 2009. It was earlier also reported that the Newa Community of Kathmandu Valley had formed an army of ten thousand youths. Prachanda and his gang planted the seed by promising everyone, everything they demanded just for the sake of gathering support to form and lead the government without even thinking what the consequences that could come or realizing which direction they were pushing the country towards. Today there is a demand and struggle within the country for Madesh, Newa, Tharu, Thakali, Kirati and so on and so forth to devide Nepal into pieces. This has all been created by the Maoists. Ask for and if you do not get by asking form an army and start fighting was the lesson taught by these terrorists and these communal activists are following the footsteps of the Maoists which is the destructive one. These communities before anything have to learn to live as Nepali. First it is Nepal, then it is Nepali and everyone has to understand that or else Nepal will be long gone and the credits go to the “nalayak” politicians of Nepal.

The head of the Constitution Drafting Committee and the ex-general secretary of the Nepal Communist Party-United Marxist Leninists, Mr. Madhav Kumar Nepal has expressed his desire to fight for the post of the Party president again. No hesitations in saying that Madhav Kumar Nepal is the biggest con artist, a fraud, an opportunist and a parasite existing in the political stream of Nepal. After being defeated in the direct election to the Constituent Assembly last year April from the district of Rautahat and Kathmandu had tendered his resignation on moral grounds as the party general secretary immediately after facing humiliating defeat. He had publicly declared after the CA election defeats that he will not occupy any public posts as he was twice rejected by the people. Nepal prior to being elected as a CA member had been airing negative remarks as regards drafting the constitution on time. He always opposed the Maoist’s led government and criticized his own party members for supporting the Maoists and at times made remarks and demands that his party should quit the Maoist led government. He even said, at various occasions that the Maoists were failures and the constitution would not be drafted on time. Now he is praising the Maoists and Prachanda and is changing his statements cause he has been offered a position in the CA by the Maoists. Isn’t this a double standard and a flip-flop portrayed and displayed by Madhav Kumar Nepal. The same guy who expressed negativity and criticized others for not doing the job is saying the job will be done now because he has joined the circus of clowns despite the fact he was rejected by the people and the reason behind the change in his statement is that he is now appointed as the head of the Constitution Drafting Committee. What a low standard fraud politician who says that something is black and goes back to again saying it is white for a chair. No principals, philosophy or intellect thought instead the Madhav Kumar guy is only full of greed. How can the public trust this guy on building and drafting the constitution when he himself has displayed multiple counts of dishonest character and the public had already rejected him on the same issue before.

There was news about Prachanda running around busy meeting leaders of various parties. Weekly Nepal published news about the rebel Prime Minister holding talks with Congress leader Girija Prasad Koirala initiated and conducted by Krishna Prasad Sitaula. Nepal news had an article about the PM meeting the chief of Terai Madhes Loktantric Party (TMLP) Mahanta Thakur and he is also having talks with the MJF leaders. Leaders do meet, discuss and hold talks at various times regarding various issues of the country and on how to address those issues. The uncommon factor about all these meetings the PM is holding with these leaders of different parties is not about the nation nor issues concerning the country. It is only to save his Prime Ministers seat.

As per weekly Nepal during the meeting with Girija Prasad Koirala, Prachanda expressed his feelings about how saddened he was with the distance his party has with Congress and also expressed his willingness to work alongside with them. Koirala also took the opportunity to give his rival some advice on Army issues and Pashupatinath issue by saying, “do not mix politics with religion and do not interfere with the army’s recruit proceedings.” Then Prachanda asked for some private time with Girija and the other leaders present in the meeting had to leave. During the private meeting, it is said that Prachanda expressed regrets on the nomination of the President and said if Girija still wants to be the President he would fully help and support. In return Prachanda wants Girija and his party to support him and his Government and not do anything to bring it down. As per Nepal news during the meeting with TMLP leader, Prachanda requested Mahanta Thakur to reconsider withdrawing support for his Government and in return he would fulfill all the demands made by TMLP. He has also promised the MJF that their demands will be met if they continue to support him and his failed Government. In reality all of these meetings were only about saving his chair and position. What have been the major accomplishments of the Government so far? All of Prachanda’s family members including family members of other Maoist leaders securing jobs and political appointments. Corruption, destruction of state property, transportation strikes, business strikes, attacks on media houses and reporters, foreign trips, conference, conventions, cocktail dinners, inaugurations, sixteen hours of load shading a day and blaming others for the government’s failures. The terrorist turned Prime Minister, Prachanda, before the CA elections and soon after the elections was saying that he was different from all other leaders and would work in the best interest of the nation but soon after he took up office of the Prime Minister he was caught up with the same political syndrome that all politicians have always suffered. He soon got into working for the benefit of his family and himself. What else could be expected from a false leader like him, who even forget the sacrifice and suffering of his own fellow men and women, leaving them behind and embracing his family members. Now after having witnessed and felt the charm of being the Prime Minister and exercised the powers Prachanda does not want to loose it and will pay any price to maintain and save it. That’s the only reason behind as to why he is meeting with leaders of various different parties and begging them to support his government rather than working for the people and obtaining their confidence. Now, what doses all of these activities of the politicians signify? The leaders show differences in ideology and beliefs, operate with different names and always point fingers at each other publicly, but they all have one common agenda and that to destroy the nation and work against the people to keep them divided in fractions, to enable themselves the traitors to always rule the way they are ruling. These traitors are all raping mother Nepal and taking turns but we the so called brave sons are just watching and letting them do so and this is not a shame on them cause they intend to do so but it is a shame on us for doing nothing to stop these unpatriotic acts. If the Nepalese people sit quietly, only being spectators to what is happening in the country currently then it will not be too long before we become slaves to the system that is being enforced on us by these agents, who call themselves Nepali but in reality are working against the interest of Nepal and the Nepalese people. At a time like this when the leaders have turned out to be losers and the country’s integrity and sovereignty is at stake what the country needs is a true leader who would put the nation and the people before anything, even before themselves or their family members. A leader with a vision, wisdom and honesty with the intentions to serve the country and just the country with no personal greed and interest. Since that is something very difficult to be found among the existing leaders, mother Nepal has to give birth to yet another Prithvi Narayan Shah to lead and unite the country.

Recently, there was a very articulated posting on Telegraph Nepal with detailed analysis on the current political situation of Nepal. More importantly there were comments posted by individuals from different dimensions and with multiple views and thoughts but one common factor among all the differences were that most of them see the need for the come back of the Monarchy which was and is the oldest institution of Nepal passed on for fourteen generations which lasted almost two hundred and forty years. In such a long span of time, to be honest, there must definitely have been a lot of flaws and mistakes made, crimes committed, but for sure the country had never had to go through what it is facing today. Don’t have to go too far into history, King Birendra, a noble king, who always believed in the welfare of his countrymen and wanted to be connected to his people was behind his back portrayed differently by the group of opportunists who were appointed to maintain the connection bridge between the king and his subject. The king was always provided with false information and these pundits stood between the two as barriers creating a vacuum and keeping the king from connecting with his countrymen which he always wanted to. Why was this being done?? The answer is these lobbyist already had a grand master plan to make the king unpopular but the reason as to why still remains unsolved. Despite such intentions against the late King, he was still very liked and popular in the country as well as internationally. King Gyanendra was involved in the country’s politics from an early age of three when he was put on the thrown as the king for the first time, though recently admitted, it was unwillingly. Ever since he has lived in the country heading various organizations of political nature, when once again fate put him back on the thrown after the saddened death of his brother and nephew. At the time when he inherited the thrown for the second time, the political parties had been unsuccessful because of the high level of corruption and the Maoists were already well established as terrorists thus making it difficult for the King to give proper assurance to the countrymen and his crowning was a sudden change that came his way after a tragedy where he did not even get the time and privilege to mourn over the death of his own family members. The challenges were high and the situation of the country was not favorable where political instability was a major problem and a terrorist organization had just begun a war within the nation. At such a time, most of the administrative works were to be done in a haste and unfortunately the ones working around the king to assist him were not the best people. However, amongst such time and situation, law and order was still being maintained and all levels of the bodies of the government were functional until the traitors who were willing to sell their motherland joined hands with the terrorists and turned against the king. Some went to the extent of betraying their motherland with the greed of becoming the first President, some for money, some for political benefits, some for false promises and some were dumb enough not to have a conscience of their own and were manipulated. At the time when they signed the seven party agreement to betray their motherland, every single one of them present there was thinking about themselves and not one, once thought about the country or the countrymen. The only person who thought for the country and the countrymen was King Gyanendra who voluntarily stepped down, preventing the country from bloodshed and destruction. Every time these political parties have made a decision in the country it has been solely for their own benefit and interest, however each time they say for the people. Who are these people they refer to? Their family members and followers. What about the rest of the people and those who disagree with them. Any decision made regardless of which party makes, it has to always be in the national interest and not that of individuals. Nepal was declared Federal Democratic Republic by approximately six hundred of the most corrupt individuals ever to be found on the face of the planet and with most of then with criminal charges and background. The same bunch of unpatriotic traitors are now in the process of merging terrorists in the prestigious Nepal Army and again declaring the nation as Peoples Republic. Similarly, the same process was followed to abolish the Monarchy, where these unethical spineless thugs gathered together and orphaned the nation which has now enabled them to do whatever they want without anyone to question or even stop them. The Monarchy was not removed by the people nor that was what they wanted which clearly reflects on various polls conducted and the overwhelming response from the Nepalese people on various articles posted on almost all media publications . Even today, the institution of Monarchy lives in the heart of the people and if a fair polling is to be conducted and the 25 million Nepalese people vote you know what the outcome would be. After terrorizing the nation for over a decade, the peoples voice has been silenced, they were put under tremendous fear that they opted to just keep quite and bear the consequences but for how long??

Hold a national polling and make arrangements for all Nepalese to vote freely without any fear pressure or threat and the actual fact about what the people want will prevail.

The so called leaders from the political parties have only been heard criticizing, but not initiating action of any kind, like they only want to maintain their political existence but not do their duties towards the nation. The Maoists after terrorizing have now captured the center seat of the nation where they do what ever they want and there is literally no opposition or stopping them. The terror package, their self declared army is being merged with the only non political and prestigious institution, the Nepal Army. All the charges filled against these criminals in the court of law have been dropped and their names have been cleared of the crimes they have committed regardless of it being rape or murder. A murder case filed against Finance Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai still remains pending at the District Court in far-western Kalikot. Police Sub-Inspector Kaji Bahadur Basnet had in the year 2001 filed a case at the Kalikot District Court against senior Maoist leaders Dr Bhattarai and Khadga Bahadur B.K for their involvement in a murder in the district. In a controversial decision taken by the cabinet over a month and half ago, the government withdrew some 349 criminal cases that were under review at various courts across the country. Maoist leaders and cadres benefited the most through this decision. As per the decision, charges as serious as rape to even drug smuggling which were leveled against some individuals have been withdrawn. Mr. John, who has been recently witnessed residing various functions as the chief guest or socializing with law makers is no other than the criminal, Babban Singh, the notorious man himself in reality. The man in the most wanted list of Nepal police. The charges against him, conspiring a bomb blast in the capital city Kathmandu where 3 lives were lost, and a dozen others injured. He is also charged with rape and murder of a minor, a crime which is unforgiving by any law. After reading all of this one is compelled to think this to be a script of a commercial movie as compared by the terrorist Prime Minister himself in his speech, but the reality is that this is the current situation in NEPAL. All the criminals have become political leaders and having a political affiliation with the Maoist party has become the license to kill cause sooner or later the case will be dropped and you would not even be arrested. The Nepalese people saw the Rana Rule, Pancha Rule, Multy Party Democratic rule and now the Criminal Rule.

A report acquired from Nepal Police Headquarters has showed that in the past six months period alone there has been 41 cases of murder, 23 robbery, 31 abduction and 38 rape cases in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC). This report clearly shows the level of security in the country and how vulnerable the people are to be a casualty of a criminal act. Never in the past, there has been such high rates of criminal activities and this is the true example of a failed government. The Maoist led Government has completely failed to provide security to the people and the key reason behind it being they themselves are involved in most of the crimes committed. For once, it makes everyone think and look back at how secured they were twenty years ago. How freely one could travel around the country and how active and efficient the law enforcement agency was when it came to security. The criminals feared the police then but in this modern day the criminals are all political activists and they are politically protected and this gives them that extra motivation to commit a crime. The law enforcement is helpless cause the politicians have limited their authority by directly interfering in the day to day operation of these officers and if some dedicated officer goes against the desire of the politician then the officer himself fears harm to him or his loved ones in this Maoist-raj where the only rule is the jungle rule.

New Embassy and Ambassador in Canada

During, August 2008 NRN Canada held its first convention and invitations were sent to various political leaders requesting their participation. The only person to attend the mentioned convention was Parvati, the leader from the terrorist organization the “Maoists“. It was Dr. Pramod Dhakal’s initiations who not only, personally invited Parvati but also went to the extent of purchasing the required air-ticket for her against the decision of NRN where it was specifically mentioned that the invited participants would have to make their travel arrangements on their own and that NRN Canada was only liable for food and accommodation. Parvati was denied entry visa to the United States when she wanted to attend the ANA convention but Dr. Dhakal’s loyalty did take her to Canada and the rumors now are that the Maoists in return have assured Dr. Dhakal they would establish a Nepalese Embassy in Canada and that he would be their Ambassador. Amongst all this, the fact that has bothered the NRN working committee members is that Dr. Dhakal has claimed for reimbursement for the expenses involved in Parvati's travel to Canada.

Prime suspects in the murder of journalist Jagat Prasad Joshi, the Maoists. Maoist rebels fighting to overthrow Nepal's monarchy kidnapped and killed a reporter for state-run radio who was accused of supporting the government. On 8 November, Maoist fighters severely beat up Rekhraj Dahal, a reporter for the daily Prateek, published in Birgunj, at Hatpate, in Sindhuli. On 30 August, journalist Siddharaj Rai was physically attacked, reportedly by members of the Young Communist League (YCL). Kantipur Television’s manager Raj Kumar Sedhai was stabbed by Maoists assailants. A member of the YCL, Arun Kumar Gohit, issued a death threat against Rajesh Jha, a Saptari District-based correspondent of the National News Agency. Members of the Youth Force, affiliated with the Communist Party of Nepal - United Marxists and Leninists (CPN-UML), seized approximately 500 copies of The Kathmandu Post (TKP) and the Kantipur Daily. The YCL threatened journalist Ramesh Chandra Adhikari for collecting information about their group, which led to the publication of articles on the Youth Force and other groups illegally collecting taxes in the Dhankuta region. Cadres of the Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum (MFJ) vandalized the office and motorbike of the Praktik Daily. The armed groups of the Terai National Liberation Army (TNLA) attacked Ganesh Kharel, editor and publisher of Janasaugat Weekly. Journalist (FNJ), complained that, for over a week, he received continuous threats and the Terai National Liberation Front (TNLF) also pose an increasing threat to journalists and media outlets based in the Dhanusha region. Maoist affiliated the Young Communist League (YCL) on Tuesday threatened to kill a reporter of the Dristi vernacular weekly, according to the paper. The attacks on Himalmedia in the past weeks has shocked the media and civil society. The CPN Maoist today admitted that their cadres killed Bara-district journalist Birendra Sah. YCL Threat to Kantipur Journalist: Hari Bahadur Thapa, Chief Reporter at Kantipur, nation’s largest and most influential newspaper. Cadres of Maoist aligned Young Communist League (YCL) on Tuesday attempted to abduct Dristi Weekly's journalist Madhav Basnet from his office and even threatened to kill him. Bhim Lal Shrestha, photo journalist, Gorkha was repeatedly harassed and intimidated while shooting election-related brawls between cadres of political parties in Gorkha by the Maoists. Damodar Neupane, reporter, Kantipur daily, was frequently intimidated and harassed over phone and in person by the Members of CPN (Maoist). Prakash Kumar Adhikari, reporter, Kantipur daily was intimidated along with several other journalists while covering post-election situation in Nuwakot by activists of CPN Maoist. Siddharaj Rai, journalist as well as member of Press Chautari Nepal (an association of journalists) was attacked by YCL men in Dhankuta while the reason for the attack is yet to be known, the victim journalist is said to have been injured in head and hand. Kantipur Publications warned not to criticize Maoists and their party. Warned of “dire consequences” if ignored. Warning to all other media too, to note this reference by Maoist chairman Prachanda.

These are only few of the thousands of threats made to reporters and journalists by these communist dictators. They want to silence anyone who talks or writes against them.

YCL, Youth Criminal League

YCL, the abbreviation being The “Young Communist League” is only for name sake and the meaning as per their deeds and action is, “Young Criminal League” cause they are involved in all the illegal and terror related activities currently taking place in the country. Kidnapping, extortion, murder, looting, capturing and occupying others property by force, beating up people who disagree with them are the common day to day activities the YCL is involved in. The mother organization, currently the Government led by Prachanda is well aware of all of this but is over sighting everything cause there has been no effort whatsoever from the Government to stop these activities. In fact the YCL is supported by the Government in all of these activities cause they want that fear in the general public to always be present and by maintaining that they can suppress the voice of the people as they have always done and carry on with their jungle rule. They terrorized the nation for ten long years to get to power and are still doing the same to maintain power but the question is for how long?? Will there ever be an end to it or do the Nepalese people have to always live in fear under the dictatorship of the Maoists.

The Minister for Tourism should be talking about the tourist destinations of the country and the tourism products the nation has to offer to promote tourism which we believe is her primary job. But the question is does she know about the tourist destinations of our country? Has she ever been on a trekking, rafting or a jungle safari trip? Well yes, she must have definitely been on a jungle trip during their glorious days of terrorism but these leftists have to understand that terrorism and tourism are two different dimensions altogether.

Will the constitution be drafted and ready within the allocated time frame? Looks like a distant dream. Firstly, because all the six hundred and one members who are elected and nominated to draft the constitution are all busy in their own personal projects. Secondly, majority of the CA members are incapable and under qualified to draft a constitution of a country. Building a constitution of a nation is not an event, where you set a date and the event happens. Most of the CA members do not even know what a constitution is and majority of them have never in their life seen or read a constitution and we the so called citizens are depending and trusting these ignorant and corrupted people, ever to be found to build a constitution for us. Shame on them for not doing their job and cheating the people, but it will soon be shame on us for repeatedly trusting them. It has now been over a hundred days of the Maoist government and what have we achieved so far…absolutely nothing, except for kidnappings, murder and of course the foreign trips made by these politicians. Currently nobody is concerned or thinking about the nation or the people, every single one of them are all busy thinking for themselves and only their own self. Prachanda, is only concerned about saving his Prime Ministers chair which has come his way after living in the jungles and terrorizing the nation for over ten years and does not want to loose it at any cost and thus he is spending most of his time disputing and arguing with his own unsatisfied co-terrorists. They too want the piece of the pie but the pie is not big enough to satisfy all of them and they do not have enough time to wait. To make it sound good the name given is “People’s Republic” but the actual difference is, “why just them and why not us‘. We terrorized the nation together, we too lived in the jungles and had to conduct all kinds of illegal activities for survival, we were also listed as terrorists and most wanted by the law and all we get in recognition is a name as a leader, that’s not enough, we too need those shiny cars, big houses, handsome salary and of course the portfolio of Ministers, is the actual difference within. Other such dissatisfied but clever ones like Yadav, Gupta, and others left the mother organization and formed similar ones of their own which served the purpose and are secured cause they can go either way and still make a bargain for themselves. The Nepali Congress has it’s philosophy which was never followed which is the main reason for their downfall, a party with the executive power comprising of a bunch of central committee members and obviously Girija Prasad Koirala sitting on top of them which always made it easy for Koirala to do what he wanted cause all he had to do was manipulate his own loyalists in the central committee. UML, the communists without a proper principal are the traitors who have always aligned with other forces for power and money deceiving the people and will always remain to be the same cause it runs in their blood to betray. RPP the formation of the ex-Panchas, could have done better with all the experience but instead opted to always remain Panchas and did not bring change of any kind in themselves to do something good for the country.

While the top ranking leaders of most of the political parties are busy involved in accusations, arguments, disputing and blaming one another the followers and the new comers are busy cashing on their positions as seen and learned from their seniors. Some CA members have been found cashing their personal medical bills, transportation bills, grocery bills and some have gone to the extend of cashing bills for the purchase of condoms. This shows the actual moral of the CA members, where they are coming from and the type and kind of parasites they are.

In all of this there are a lot of common similarities among all leaders but there is one important and much needed element missing and that is, “Patriotic Leadership”.

Home Minister identifies the terrorists

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs, Mr. Bam Dev Gautam said, “in a situation where party cadres of the ruling coalition partners are themselves involved in creating terror and violating rules and regulations of the land, it is meaningless and senseless to continue occupying the seat of the Home Minister.” “The UML will quit the government if the cadres of the political parties continue to terrorize the people and get involved in spreading anarchy.”

The above statement are the exact words used by the Home Minister who admits who the terrorists are but does not take any action against them and if this is the situation of Home Minister then one can imagine what the common man is going through. Even the other leaders of the collation parties are only taking about withdrawing their support but are not taking any action towards what they say. They are all aware of the ongoing security problems and terror related activities in the country but are ignoring the facts just to save their backs by only mentioning it rather than taking action cause they do not want to be labeled like the Maoists at the same time they do not want to loose their portfolios as Ministers. Isn’t that pathetic, cause all they care about is themselves and have no feelings for the nation whatsoever and when you know that you are supporting the wrong doers you are a traitor yourself.

Nepal, geographically one could easily compare with Switzerland or even better cause she owns the eight highest mountain peaks of the world including the tallest in the world the Mount Everest. The people were always simple and humble and at all times had a smile on there face and that is how the rest of the world knew Nepalese people. Simplicity, honesty and bravery were the main characteristics possessed mostly by all Nepalese. But today in the modern world all those qualities are long forgotten and the leaders of New Nepal are to be blamed. History says it all that from tiny broken bits Nepal was put together as parts of a puzzle to be one unified Nepal by the Late King Prithivi Narayan Shah and his legacy moved on until the unpatriotic leaders signed an agreement with the terrorists who had a full proof plan to completely turn the country to a communist state. Nepal was always known to the rest of the world for its rich culture and heritage and at all times was a tourist destination with tourism being a major foreign currency earning industry. Most of the sites today listed in the world heritage site (cultural) were well preserved. The religious aspect of the country as the only Hindu nation in the world was also maintained and there was peace and harmony in the country. The leaders of modern democratic Nepal always advocated themselves as the only patriotic people and called all other regimes traitors, which is very untrue and controversial cause today they themselves stand in the same position they accused others to be. Well, it is true that there were times during the Shah rule where some powers played a major role in ruling the country and to mention one such power were the “Ranas” who only thought and promoted their own fellow brothers and were and are a black patch in the political history of Nepal. Followed by them came the “Panchas”, who were followed by the political parties in the “Multi party democratic system” and finally the terrorists themselves who abolished the Monarchy and are ruling the country under a jungle rule where the principal theory is survival of the fittest. The Ranas were only interested in living a luxurious life and tried to imitate the western lifestyle and pushed the country behind trying to pull themselves forward. After hundred and four years of monopoly rule of the Ranas a change took place where the king took power in his own hands and introduced the Panchayat system. This system lasted for thirty years and yes there was corruption in the system but a lot of progressive works were also done during this period and preservation of culture and heritage was also maintained. The corruption crossed all limits during the rule after the Panchas when the power and money hungry leaders of the multi party democratic system took over and their rule came into effect and now the jungle rule of the Maoists or as you may say the communist rule has broken all boundaries of corruption and are destroying everything that Nepal ever had. National dress code is lost, festivals are being forgotten, they do not care about the cultural values of the people, religion means nothing to them cause they are atheists and one by one we are loosing our national identity.

Being a Nepali myself and thinking about my country I got kind of carried away a bit too much and would like to get off the subject and talk about the personal problems and issues. I am trying to educate my three year old daughter about her culture, religion and heritage and am finding it tough cause what I tell her is all lost in my country and they are things only seen in old pictures. I try to tell her how we lived in Nepal, how we celebrated festivals like Dashai and Tihar, about the rich Nepalese deep rooted culture and heritage and while doing that in the back of my mind I have a sub consciousness asking me, are you speaking the truth or are you lying to your daughter, cause the Nepal I am describing to my daughter is totally different today. I try to tell the “daura surawal” is our national dress but all the leaders are today seen in business suite, have even given up the “Dhaka topi” and have embraced the neck-tie. Recently, I saw a picture of the Nepali Prime Minister, Prachanda with the Indian President who was all dressed up in a traditional Indian costume and the Nepali guy didn’t look Nepali. They have mostly been heard saying “jay maobadi” and is Mao a Nepali? Definitely not and these traitors are thankful to a foreigner for their existence and are proud to have a foreigner as their mentor and ideology. The Nepali Congress were called Indian agents cause they believed and idolized the politics of India but as a matter of fact they were inspired by the person who was known all over the world for his non-violence.

So, what do we call the Maoists the ones who have terrorized the nation for over a decade, the ones who have given up the national dress code, the ones who do not believe in the culture and the religion of the nation and the ones who are in the path of destroying the country completely. Find yourself a word that suites these traitors.

Pampha Bhusal denied

As one can clearly see the Maoists are still operating as terrorists in Nepal involved in activities like kidnapping and murder. Their so called youth force the YCL recently kidnapped and murdered two young men and not too long ago the PLA was involved in the killing of a businessman from Koteshow, Kathmandu. They have not declared the arms in their possession, instead they have been hiding them which has raised concerns and doubts in the minds of foreign powers. It has come to our knowledge through a very reliable source that the Minister for Women Children and Social Welfare Pampha Bhusal has been recently denied a visa to enter the United States but the reasons as to why are still unknown, however this incident speaks for itself and says how the Maoists are looked at by foreign Governments and where they stand. It is also heard that the rebels are having disagreements within their top level members and are in the brink of splitting in two. Some observers and political pundits have been heard saying that it won’t take too long, at the most three months before these terrorists will fall as failures and will head to the jungles again breaking a civil war in the country. Sounds very true and logical cause the rebels have been hiding the weapons they possess, their terror army is still not dissolved and all their illegal activities are fully functional and operational in full force. What more can be expected from the terrorists who have terrorized the country and the countrymen for over a decade. If they don’t get what they want they know what to do, terrorize and that is exactly what they are going to do.

All said and done, there is one thing in common between the incumbent General Secretary Mr. Jhala Nath Khanal and a strong candidate for the post of the UML GS Mr. Oli speaking to cadres in Biratnagar and Siraha respectively mentioned the same thing. Quote, “If the Maoists’ did not bring about a change suiting to a democratic order, it was becoming almost certain that the ruling alliance will see an end in the near future”. “It is the UML that brought the Maoists’ to the power corridors from Rolpa where they were limited to the acts of day-dreaming of capturing the State through the barrel of a Gun”.

So these communists do admit that their current bosses the Maoists were terrorists and that it was them who helped these anti-social elements to be what they are today without any shame. This admittance by Oli and Khanal clearly proves their involvement in the obliteration of the nation and them betraying the countrymen by being sellouts for personal gains, which makes then equally responsible as the Maoists themselves. The dirty political game is an ongoing issue in Nepal currently where political parties and their leaders are only blaming and pointing finger at each other about who is wrong and who is right forgetting and ignoring the fact that they are all wrong. They are all wrong cause none of the so called leaders have thought or done anything positive for the nation or it’s citizens. Anything and everything that they have done so far is for their own personal benefits and it looks and sounds like they do not feel or care for the country anymore. Increasing violence in day to day life and lack of security for the common citizen is making life difficult. It is just a political game for these leaders but the life of the common man and his children are at stake cause the consequences of all the dirty games played by these political parties for their personal benefits are directly effecting the lives of the common citizen who have to work hard for their and their family’s survival and existence. If this is not corrected or stopped then it won’t be too long before a civil war breaks out and things will be beyond anybody’s control and imagination of the damage the country might have to go through. The leaders believe and have mentioned in their speeches and statements that they have been placed where they are today, to do whatever they want by the people and it is time enough for the people to stand up and make it loud and clear that their belief and they themselves are completely wrong and if they do not stop this dirty game they would have to step down from their positions cause in reality that’s what the common man actually wants. It’s a simple logic, if you can’t do your job you step down and your job is to do good for the nation and it’s nationals which non of you have ever done. The public is expecting the terrorists, thieves and parasites to do justice for them which is next to impossible. A second thought has to be made now, if we want to live free, as a Nepali before it gets too late.

Maoists now attacking the education system

Another step in turning the country into a communist state where everything is state owned and the people do not own anything and slowly it is happening in Nepal. Nepal’s Private Schools will be gradually nationalized announced the rebel finance minister Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai on Thursday. Quote, “I thank the private investors for their past support by investing in the education sector but I would like to tell them to look for other alternatives as education sector from now on will be taken care by the Government itself. The government is committed to provide equal education for all the citizens. We are in the process of legalizing the skill and the knowledge of the Maoists’ militias acquired during the decade long rebellion.” This is the step by step process the Maoists are taking to establish a communist state with everything being state owned. In there views, a Doctor with all the years of intense hard work and the level of quality academic qualification achieved will have the same value of an ordinary factory worker with no education of any kind which is quite not justified but as a matter of fact is something they strongly believe. First it was all about coming to power and forming the Government, then it was bringing their loyalists to key positions of the Government followed by integrating the terrorist army into the Nepal Army and now is nationalizing all the private schools. Their next step will be to change the course of study in schools to enable themselves to easily doctorate young minds into hard core communism. This is how the Maoists are step by step working their way to build a communist state.

What an intellectual comparison from the Prime Minister. Looks like the rebel leader during his hideout has watched a lot of Hindi movies and has been greatly influenced. His speech also shows how cheaply he looks and takes the politics of the country cause his statement sounded like of a school going kid immature and irresponsible. Comparing the Nepalese politics with a Hindi movie and trying to call himself a hero and all others the villain was quite not justified to the average people cause to the minds of the people the murderers, rapists, looters, killers are the actual villains. Since Mr. Prachanda has already compared the politics of the country to a Hindi movie, there is a movie which is quite really similar to his politics and this is how it goes. Future of Nepal Army

Gajurel alias Gaurav, a Maoists senior leader of Nepal talking to the journalists has said that Nanda Kishor Pun alias Pasang could well lead the National Army after the completion of Nepal Army-Militia integration process. “Rather than concentrating on rehabilitating the Maoists’ Army, the real integration process should be accomplished with the Maoists Militias as per their current ranking and aptitude must get their deserved position in the National Army”. “The UNMIN verified 19 thousand militias will be integrated into the Nepal Army,” Mr. Gajurel told the reporters.

There are thousands of jobless young youth who want to serve the nation by joining the army but have to go through tough competition and have to first qualify to even apply and on the other hand these terrorists are being awarded positions in the Nepal army only because they are rebels. If this merger of terrorists with the Nepal Army is allowed then one has to understand that there are several other rebel groups who have such army and would in the future make the same demands as the Maoists, which will eventually end up with the Nepal Army turning into a army of rebels from various terrorist groups. And when that happens even the UN will not qualify such a force to serve in the peace keeping.

Raise your voice against this merger before it gets too late cause the Nepal Army is the only pride of Nepal and these traitors are in the process of destroying it.

Nepal in the hands of Terrorists

Nepal is currently going through a rough and tough time and all patriotic citizens have to come together to save the country from being divided into small states of race and ethnicity. If not stood against these agents of terror now, we will all loose the right and the pride of being a Nepali. The Maoist terrorized the country for ten long years before coming to power and are now in the process of turning the country into a communist state. Major political parties like the Nepali Congress, United Marxists-Leninists and others signed an agreement with the Maoists for their personal political gains with the hope of leading the Government and obtaining high positions which back fired cause at the time of signing the agreement they were all blind with greed and the Maoists were already building their bridge towards one communist rule. Then comes the Madesh issue led by Upedendra Yadav another terrorist who was equally involved in all the terrorist activities conducted by the Maoists who unsatisfied with the position offered to him by the Maoist’s left the Maoist party to open his own but with the same destructive ideology. Similarly, another break away from the Maoists is Laxman Tharu who is heading yet another movement to break the country. To sum up, it is the Maoists or their unsatisfied party members who are in full force involved in destroying the country and the traitors from the other parties are also equally guilty for supporting the Maoists first and now sitting quietly in the opposition without trying or putting any effort to stop this path of destruction.

This is not the time to sit quietly. The political parties and the political leaders are all turning out to be sell outs and are in the process of breaking Mother Nepal into small fractions. Amid continuous controversy regarding the integration of Maoist combatants into army, a leader of main opposition Nepali Congress party has publicly voiced his suspicions that the Maoist-led government could be laying the ground to install their People's Liberation Army (PLA) chief Nanda Kishore Pun, "Pasang" as the chief of Nepali Army and the Maoist led government is also sending Pasang to China for a national defense training, traditionally considered as a major qualification to become senior army official beyond the brigadier general level.

This clearly shows that the Maoists are doing there homework with full force and building there own infrastructure to create a fully functional communist state. Smart move, why not, and in any way, who would want a name that is already carrying a tag of a terrorist. Any reasoning that the Maoists come up with regarding the name change will only be a cover up cause the real reason behind this change is something different. They want to wash their hands soaked with blood with the lives of over fifteen thousand people. The Maoists are responsible and accountable for all those human lives and they can’t just walk away with it simply by changing their name. It is also not about the ideology or the philosophy they carry, it was just a name they needed to operate and now since they are in power a name that is giving people a negative impression is worth getting rid off. As a matter of fact, even today the Maoists are fully functioning in terror related activities. They still capture and occupy peoples property, people who disagree with them are beaten up, women are still raped, extortion and kidnapping is still taking place and the business owners are still asked for money in the name of donations. All of this is happening while the Maoists are in power and nothing is being done to stop any of these activities. The reason as to why the Maoists are promoting such activities are very simple, it is their main source of generating funds for the party. Despite the fact of the country having a fully functional court system the Maoists dispute matters out of court and decide on cases in their own favor and punish the innocent people mostly the ones who disagree with the Maoists and beat them publicly. Just changing your name will not prove anything and if you do intend to change something then change your actions and deeds cause someday sooner or later you will be held accountable for all you have done and you will be answerable before the Nepalese people.

The Nepali Congress vice president Ram Chandra Poudel served a stern warning to the Maoists’ led government and threatened a revolt. He made this warning while speaking at the Consistent Assembly meeting held on Sunday, October 19, 2008. “The Maoists’ led Government is yet to act upon the past agreements—which may force the Nepali Congress to wage a revolt against the Maoists”, threatened Mr. Poudel. In response to Poudel the Maoist CA member Jhakku Prasad Subedi said, “I challenge the NC to initiate the revolt”. “If the NC thinks that it still has the people’s support we are ready to see what the revolt will look like”, Subedi further challenged. Immediately followed Ram Sharan Mahat said, “the Maoists do not need to teach us how to revolt“. “We will neither kill, capture private properties nor our revolt would be a violent one, instead, our revolt will be against the Maoists’ totalitarian behavior”, summed up Dr. Mahat.

A lot of negative writing have been found in the Nepalese media about the ex-king Gyanendra recently, some having taken advantage of the freedom of press have also gone to the extent of addressing him disrespectfully. In the same regard, following is a thought to be shred.

The leaders say that they have abolished Monarchy but in reality the king very peacefully resigned and stepped down without any retaliation and did also mention in his last press conference that he was doing so for the peace, prosperity and for the love for his country and his countrymen. If he had so desired, he could have fought against the forces that were against his rule like Kings in the history books have done in the past to save his nation from domestic enemies as they (the political parties) were looked upon as. On the other hand, these political parties specially the Maoists to establish themselves as a political party, to remove the tag of a terrorist from their names and to get recognition went the whole nine yards to breach all agreements to go against the King to the extend of forcing him to resign using his own weakness which is, “love for the nation”. The other existing parties just followed the Maoists cause they had all been failures and were in the process of being wiped out from the Nepalese political scenario. This was a game played for personal benefits and interests and had nothing to do with the interest of the nation or its nationals. A party or a bunch of so called dirty politicians do not decide the fate of a King whose institution has existed for almost over two hundred and forty years. Only the Nepalese citizens have the right to decide on such an issue and to do so, instead of the CA elections there should have been a general poling to decide whether or not to have a ceremonial Monarchy and that would have been fair and justified cause the citizens of the country would have been directly involved in a history making process which they have a right to.

Today the people are fed-up with the political leaders and their false promises and their minds think and say differently. The elected members of the CA were put there to build the New Constitution of Nepal, how far has this process reached and what has been accomplished so far? Nothing, the only accomplishment so far by these conspirators has been deceiving the people, selling dreams to the people but making their own dreams come true.

This thought is in no way to defend or advocate on behalf of the ex-King but history has prevailed that kings have retaliated and used force to stay in place and maintain power. However king Gyanendra, without any retaliation resigned and gave up his crown for the peace and prosperity of his countrymen and despite being grateful to him for such a humble and noble act, the politicians and the press are being disrespectful which does not sound quite justified.

This is nothing new as you are all aware of the fact that Nepalese politicians have always promoted themselves and their own family members at every opportunity that they have been granted and the Maoist rebel leader Prachanda is no exception. He too has a family that has suffered because of his decade long terror related activities and now is the best time to reward the family members cause if not now then when. You have been rewarded the Prime Ministers position and it is your license to do whatever you want.

The issue of appointing beloved son Prakash Dahal as the Computer Official and junior Dahal having been granted the opportunity to visit the US recently on a State Junket is still being discussed with distaste among the public. Yet another revelation as regards PM Dahal’s excessive family bend becomes clear when he, it is learnt, appointed his own daughter Ganga Dahal and nephew Samir Dahal as his personal secretaries at the Prime Ministerial secretariat. Both Dahals’ have been granted a post similar to the State Level Section Officer and will also receive benefits similar to what the government officials’ pocket. Reports say that by appointing his family members in the important State portfolios the Maoists prime minister has breached a code of the conduct signed by UML General Secretary Jhal Nath Khanal, MJF President Upendra Yadav and PM Dahal himself prior to the formation of the new-government on August 21, 2008. As per the code of the conduct clause 8, all the members of the cabinet should not appoint any of their relatives in the government posts nor they will carry their near relatives on a foreign tour.

Code of conducts and agreements only look good on paper and mean nothing to the Maoists. They are the rebels who have breached all agreements and have broken all state laws and are currently functioning under the jungle rule. The question is does mother Nepal lack qualified hard working personalities or are the politicians as always going to deprive the citizens of their jobs by awarding them to family members regardless of their qualifications and ability to perform.

Now the question is, Change for what? Betterment and moving forward or falling behind for worse. Nepal as a nation has had a lot of changes in the recent past but matters instead of getting better are getting worse in day to day life. First and foremost, there is no security in the country. People are having to live in fear for their lives and the lives of their loved ones. Kidnapping, extortion, looting, forcefully occupying personal property and even murder has become a very common factor. Amazingly the people involved in all of these acts are the youth force of the ruling parties. Before the mentioned change such inhumane activities were very limited and there was sense of security and people could move around with peace of mind.

Some of the other changes that have been seen and noticed are people with criminal background in the CA, the ones who should be behind bars are the ones roaming the streets freely and are appointed to build the new constitution of the country. Gangsters and mobsters promoted as political leaders by the parties for personal benefits. Jobs going to family members of the leaders of the ruling parties. Unfair and biased media inclined towards political powers. Corruption at all levels of government from law makers to law enforcement. The streets are filty and dirty with trash. The list can go on and on.

The bottom line is, was this the change the Nepalese people were looking forward to. If not, why are these politicians in the name of people and change are still working against the feelings and sentiments of the Nepalese people. What these politicians should not forget is that the position that they have today is not given to them forever and the people can get rid of them for a second change, a change much needed and a change the Nepalese want and desire.

The power and money hungry politicians of Nepal who are elected in the CA are completely forgetting the fact as to why they were elected. Just a reminder, to build the new constitution of Nepal. A fact, majority of the CA members are incapable of performing and conducting the job that they were elected to do. Reason being, many of them come from criminal backgrounds, lack of proper education and some are simply there for their association with a particular party and not because of who they are or of their qualities. Some do not even have the minimum required academic qualifications and many are just high school dropouts. Now with a circus of criminals, uneducated and of course the terrorist what kind of a constitution are we expecting….. Nepal truly lacks leadership and the question is will the country ever get a leader that it has always lacked. The so called leaders of in the country do not possess the minimum required qualities of a figure the world calls, LEADER. What does it take to be a leader? The most gifted athletes rarely make good coaches. The best violinist will not necessarily make the best conductor. Nor will the best teacher necessarily make the best head of the department. So it's critical to distinguish between the skill of performance and the skill of leading the performance, two entirely different skills. The natural leader will always stand out from the common crowd. A good leader must have the discipline to work toward his or her vision single-mindedly, as well as to direct his or her actions and those of the team toward the goal. Action is the mark of a leader. A leader does not suffer “analysis paralysis” but is always doing something in pursuit of the vision, inspiring others to do the same. Integrity is the integration of outward actions and inner values. A person of integrity is the same on the outside and on the inside. Such an individual can be trusted because he or she never veers from inner values, even when it might be expeditious to do so. Dedication means spending whatever time or energy is necessary to accomplish the task at hand. A leader inspires dedication by example, doing whatever it takes to complete the next step toward the vision. Magnanimity means giving credit where it is due. Leaders with humility recognize that they are no better or worse than other members of the team. A humble leader is not self-effacing but rather tries to elevate everyone. Leaders with humility also understand that their status does not make them a god. Openness means being able to listen to new ideas, even if they do not conform to the usual way of thinking. Good leaders are able to suspend judgment while listening to others’ ideas, as well as accept new ways of doing things that someone else thought of. Creativity is the ability to think differently, to get outside of the box that constrains solutions. Creativity gives leaders the ability to see things that others have not seen and thus lead followers in new directions. Fairness means dealing with others consistently and justly. A leader must check all the facts and hear everyone out before passing judgment. He or she must avoid leaping to conclusions based on incomplete evidence. When people feel they that are being treated fairly, they reward a leader with loyalty and dedication. Assertiveness is not the same as aggressiveness. Rather, it is the ability to clearly state what one expects so that there will be no misunderstandings. A leader must be assertive to get the desired results. Along with assertiveness comes the responsibility to clearly understand what followers expect from their leader. Must also be Loyal towards the country and the countrymen with unmatched sense of Responsibility, Love, and Respect for the nation with abilities to put the country first before ones personal interests.

Do our leaders possess any of the mentioned qualities, they should look in the mirror and question themselves instead of making it a profession for personal interest. Mother Nepal has given birth to great sons and daughters but always lacked that one person with the qualities and the vision to lead the country. What Nepal needs today is true leadership which looks distant and remote.

In politics and sociology, divide and rule is a combination of political, military and economic strategy of gaining and maintaining power by breaking up larger concentrations of power into chunks that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy. In reality, it often refers to a strategy where small power groups are prevented from linking up and becoming more powerful, since it is difficult to break up existing power structures. The use of this strategy was imputed to administrators of vast empires, including the Roman and British, who were charged with playing one tribe against another to maintain control of their territories with a minimal number of imperial forces. The concept of "Divide and Rule" gained prominence when India was a part of the British Empire. It is said that the British used the strategy to gain control of the large territory of India by keeping its people divided along lines of religion, language, or caste, taking control of petty princely states in India piecemeal. Divide and rule is the exact theory the Nepalese politicians have adopted and are trying to implement to rule Nepal and the Nepalese people. If you look into it closely the lines are very similar to the ones used in India like religion, language, caste etc. These leaders do not want the Nepalese people to unite. Firstly, the leaders can easily get away with all their wrong doings if the people are distracted on other issues and are divided in fractions fighting and disputing. Secondly it is serving there purpose which is creating political instability in the country. These leaders are just like parasites eating the country and making it hollow and if they are not stopped or corrected then our children and grand children will no longer be a citizen of a free independent Nepal.

Quote, “DSP Ram Chandra Bhandari, who was alleged to have facilitated the escape of notorious criminal Hitlal Sahani aka Rudal from police custody in Birgunj in April 2007, has landed the position of personal security officer to PM Puspa Kamal Dahal. A senior official at police headquarters informed that HQ can only decide on the police team responsible for the PM's security. The PM's personal security officers are hand-picked by the PM's office. He also claimed that both in terms of character and competence, DSP Bhandari does not qualify to be security officer for a VIP.

The above mentioned are just a few examples of the jungle rule in Nepal. In every aspect of life in Nepal there are incidents just like these happening every single moment and there is absolutely no Law and Order to check and correct such activities. The ones involved in such activities are the heads of government, party leaders, party members and the law makers themselves. If the lawmakers are going to be involved in breaking the law then who is responsible for maintaining the law and order. No-one, and that’s why Nepal in under the Jungle Rule where it is the survival of the fittest. People walk around with firearms in public places, loot and seize property belonging to others and engage in all kinds of illegal activities prohibited by the law and there is no action taken against them and they just rule.

Now would you believe that the Prime Minister of Nepal Mr. Puspa Kamal Dahal aks Prachanda is not aware of the fact about what is happening in Nepal, He knows it all cause all of these unacceptable activities are being performed by his party members, supporters and followers or as a matter of fact his own people. So why is Mr. Dahal going places talking about New Nepal, prosperity, security, stability and issues that Him and his party do not intend to even come close to. What kind of propaganda is this, where you are still acting as a terrorist institution terrorizing your countrymen on one hand and trying to blind the rest of the world by making false statements and trying to gain popularity among the world community. If you really want us to believe you then start cleaning up the dirty acts from within your party and show the world that all illegal activities that your party is involved in has completely stopped. On the other side, UNMIN has its own interest for not wanting to leave Nepal. The interest of UNMIN and America is similar and their concern is to destroy China by instigating civil war in Nepal. It might be mentioned here that the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon, who is a former South Korean Foreign Minister is an American ally. But Nepal has more fear from India than from America because the infamous Indian intelligence agency RAW is working and implementing its grand design to make Nepal and the Nepalese suffer more. But if Nepal becomes unstable and a troubled land it might even affect the unity of India. Anarchy, if rages, go uncontrolled and beyond one single country's border. Monarchy in Nepal is a factor for the stability of Nepal and understanding between India and China. Therefore, if there is no monarchy in Nepal, it might pose danger to both India and China. This country was formed by the joint effort of the people and the king and no leader or political party has the right to destroy and break up this country by removing king. It is a matter of regret that two years ago that India had laden the Maoist rebellion along with Nepali Congress, UML and others with the 12-point agreement for so-called full democracy. That movement that ensued after the 12-point agreement was not for a republic state. The movement had stopped only with an agreement between the king and the political parties with the internal consent of the Maoists. In the agreement, it was agreed that the sovereignty of the country would be handed over to the people with the king as the ceremonial monarch. After the movement stopped the country failed to take the agreed path with the parties involved in the movement in the name of people's movement breached the agreement and overstepped the constitution. The South Bloc and the Indian intelligence agency used the Maoists, congress and UML to breach the agreement and to eliminate monarchy. This was a great betrayal to the country. Within a month of the restoration of the parliament by the king, the parties in the name of the parliamentary declaration, severely curtailed the power and prerogatives of the king enshrined in the constitution and they also declared the country as secular. Before the ink of the parliamentary declaration dried up, the parties out of their free will declared and forced upon the country the highly debatable interim constitution. The United Nations' Mission to Nepal (UNMIN) too failed to play an impartial role and at the sign of India started coddle and pamper the Maoists and showing down the national army and the monarchy. It was most regrettable that the parties have not even formally informed the king about the interim constitution. That constitution which has been maligned by repeated and irrational amendments has lost it validity. Therefore, there is no compulsion for the king to abide by the debatable and anti-national constitution. Again, the parties forced upon the country the constituent assembly election. However, the election, which was postponed several times under the whim of the parties, was full of rigging and misappropriations. There were robbers and murderers and those wanted by the law were elected to the constituent assembly. How an election forced upon the country and done on the behest of foreigners can gain validity? As the party leaders and politicians do whatever the South Bloc and the RAW tell them. What every Nepalese want is there must be the rule of Quislings and criminals in the country. Nepal respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries, including India. We also respect the UN and its Charter. What we cannot tolerate is the way India, America and UNMIN made the naked aggression in Nepal. So, we want to request India, America and the United Nations not to play with the sentiments of the Nepalese and not to endanger our unity, independence and monarchy, the symbols of Nepal's sovereignty and independence. If the agreement of april 24th 2006 is not implemented and the Congress, UML continue following the path of betrayal and deception then King Gyanendra should before the Nepalese people, Nepalese and foreign guests, diplomats and other stakeholders make public the agreement. The parties have no right to establish an anarchic and authoritarian rule by misusing and misinterpreting the people's movement. The only way to save this country is to form a new constitution in the presence and the participation of all parties and the king.

The Maoists though leading the government, their cadres and even the high ranking leadership continue to act in an undemocratic and inhumane manner and continue to terrorize the entire population. Recently, in the nation’s largest vegetable market-Kalimati in the heart of Kathmandu, the YCL (Young Communist League) - cadres thrashed the UML cadres leaving a dozen injured. The issue was obviously which group the YCL or the Youth Force- the UML’s newly born erratic baby, would take control over the area. The innocent vegetable vendors believe that the fight between the two Militant outfits is unnecessarily creating havoc in their tender minds and in the process disrupting their business activities. The district of Dhankuta was terrorized by the YCL cadres following a clash with the UML’s Youth Force. The local administration clamped an indefinite period curfew to avert further clashes between the youth offshoots of two ruling communist parties. Exams were postponed, schools were closed and scarcity of food items troubled the general public who had no stake in the growing party-led violence. The issue was illegal collection of levy from the general public by the YCL, the Youth Force had only exhibited their objection to it and were thus thrashed. Well understood that the alien forces thrash Nepali citizens along the southern border on a regular basis. But what about Nepali citizens thrashing their own brethren in the country? The YCL beating has no limit. After Dhankuta, the YCL cadres thrashed again the Youth Force in Manthali. The fault of the UML cadres was only that they wanted to form a local Youth Force. Indefinite curfew was imposed by the local administration following the violent clash. Luckily the YCL spares the Youth Force in Siraha. This time the MJF (Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum) cadres and the Maoist cadres are involved in an intense fight-to-finish over the illegally captured lands by the Maoists. Continued thirteen days of road blockade in the Mirchaiya section of the East-West Highway. People are in trouble. Our PM is in Delhi. Minister Matrika at the moment is backing his erratic boys. Defending all the charges against the Maoists’ youth wing Young Communist League (YCL), Nepal’s revolutionary Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal said at the CA meeting on September 14, 2008, Sunday, "As a prime leader of the decade long insurgency, I still have doubts whether the peace process would come this long if the YCL had not been there." With all of these incidents taking place when the Maoists themselves are in power with their supreme leader as the PM, the question for security definitely rises and one is bound to question. Where is the security? Will the people ever get to live in peace?

Amid much expectation, there was nothing new in the speech of the revolutionary Prime Minister of New Nepal. “PM Dahal’s remarks made at a dinner hosted by the Pakistan born Indian PM Dr. Manmohan Singh to welcome the Nepali Delegation currently in New Delhi was just the continuation of the past nothing more nothing less than that”, say Nepal’s India experts. “Due to our specific historical, cultural and geographical relations and due to our whole tradition of economic interdependence, the relation with India is crucial and vital," said the prime minister---his speech was in line with Nepal’s past rulers who in essence wanted Indian blessings to continue ruling Nepal. In the comity of friendly nations PM Dahal’s special thanks to India is rather obvious for its support from his days of Delhi hibernation to the signing of the 2005 November Deal with Nepal’s political parties and to his becoming prime minister of Nepal. Analysts say that a cursory look at what the Nepali Prime Minister said of India reveal that he will not mind if India continued to act as a big brother in Nepali affairs. In his first meeting with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh since he became prime minister of Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal told him that Nepal's ties with New Delhi was unique and could not be compared with any other country. The two leaders held separate meeting before they led the bilateral talks between the officials of two countries. The Indian side has agreed to provide relief package to Kosi flood victims. A joint statement regarding the discussions and agreements reached during the talks is likely to be issued on Tuesday. The bilateral talks with Indian PM Singh were held, Monday evening, at Hyderabad House, the office of the Indian PM. PM Dahal who reached New Delhi, Sunday, called on Indian president Pratibha Patil and met with Indian External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and opposition leader Lal Krishna Advani apart from addressing a gathering of Indian business community, on Sunday. During his meeting with Advani – whose party BJP had been skeptical about Nepal's transition from Hindu monarchy to secular republic – the Indian opposition leader assured about continued support to Nepal in the coming days. Prime Minister of Nepal, chose Beijing as his first port of call after assuming office. There has been muted disquiet in India over this departure from ‘tradition’. However, if he had a glimpse of the scantily-clad Chinese cheer leaders, then he might persuade his comrades back home not to be so uptight about the beauty pageants in Nepal. On its part, India will have to take solace from the fact that the new prime minister has promised to be equidistant from both his giant neighbours although New Delhi has always expected preferential treatment because of historical factors, including the open border. Though wary of Indian sensitivities, there have been elements in Nepal, of which the now defunct monarchy was one, which tried occasionally to play the China card to annoy India. The Left has been more vocal in this respect, which is why there has been talk from the Prachanda camp of a relook at all aspects of mutual relations. Power brings new responsibilities and India will hope that a stint in office will persuade the Maoists to curb some of their earlier rhetoric, which may have sprung from a desire to show Big Brother his place. The two countries are far too closely aligned in terms of history, culture (both popular and traditional), ethnicity, economy and now the political structure as well to act as anything other than close friends.

Nepal Army formally known as the Royal Nepalese Army is the only non political institution standing for the integrity, sovereignty and the national security of the country. Nepal Army has always remained loyal to the Government at all times without being affiliated to any political parties, groups or beliefs. For almost 240 years they were loyal to the Kings of Nepal and it did not take them long to digest the abolition of the Monarchy and accept the Federal Democratic Republic Government. They are now equally loyal to the new Government as they were to the Monarchy. Some pundits even said that the Nepalese Army could play a role and be a hurdle for the seven party alliance in the transition of power where the Monarchy was being abolished and the country was in the process of being declared a Republic. The reason being, “loyal for generations”. Generation after generation of the army have served the Kings of Nepal . Despite the long standing loyalty towards the Shah dynasty, the entire institution, without any hesitation accepted the peoples verdict and moved forward towards the change to wish the King good-bye and immediately transformed all their loyalty towards the new Government. This was a very positive move by the Army and the credit goes to all the men and women in uniform who have so much love and respect for their country. In return, the Government of Republic Nepal, lead by the Maoists slapped the institution on the face by displaying lack of trust and doubting their loyalty. Months after the CA election was over, non of the political parties were able to form a Government and had to go for an election within the CA where after portraying some real dirty politics, the terrorist leader Puspa Kamal Dahal aks Prachanda was elected Prime Minister. The newly elected Prime Minister dishonored the Nepal Army by keeping his first line of security from within his own rebellion army and the Nepal Army as the second. Everywhere in the world, the head of states are always provided security by the army of the country and no one has any kind of personal security of their own and there was no reason what so ever as to why the communist leader also once listed as a terrorist who was also on the Interpol red alert list needed extra personal security. The only reason this was done was to insult, humiliate, dishonor and doubt the capability of the army personals of the most prestigious institution of Nepal. Even the Rite Honorable President Ram Baran Yadav who holds the highest ranking office in Nepal is provided the necessary security from within the Nepal Army. The rebel Prime Minister comes second to the President in rank. Why did he have problems with the security provided to him by the Nepal Army, which is provided to all dignitaries of the country. Does that not display acts of distrust against the only institution whose sole motto is to safeguard the country against all foreign and domestic enemies and is fully committed to protect the integrity and sovereignty of the nation. Yet again, the Maoist’s have the intention and are working on humiliating and destroying the Army mechanism by saying that they want to merge their self-formed, rebellion, indoctrinated pack of terrorist fighters with the prestigious Nepal Army. The Nepal Army has never been inclined towards any political power and have always maintained a fair and balanced relation with all powers in Government. Now having people who have already been politically motivated in the Nepal Army will definitely create a vacuum within the institution, between the unbiased and the ones who carry a political doctrine. This is a very sensitive issue, which consists of the National security of the nation and the Maoist’s to begin with, are already addressing it wrongfully. During their tenure of so called peoples war against the Government, they destroyed the infrastructure of the country and now when in power are headed towards destroying the pride of the nation, THE NEPAL ARMY.

Reason for downfall of Nepali powers

It has always been dissatisfaction, distrust and a struggle within for the downfall of all the ruling powers in Nepal that we have witnessed. Because of the mentioned elements within the Shah dynasty, came the Rana regime. The same elements came into effect for the downfall of the Ranas where we got to see the Panchas. The Panchas were no exceptions and they too got caught by the same elements and finally were replaced by democratic multi party system. Then came the so called democratic parties who ruled the country in turns for very short terms. In fact, most of the times the government did not even last it’s full term. The mentioned elements within the parties were at the highest level when the King took over the power and started to rule. The King also could not get away from the effects of the mentioned elements and was dethroned and was replaced by the Maoists as the rulers of the country new Nepal as they call it. Now the same elements are taking effect within the Maoists. The second man in the Maoist party showed dissatisfaction and threatened to resign cause the party gave away the post of deputy Prime Minister to a person who actually lost the CA elections. To keep the second man happy the party awarded his wife with a ministry. Sources say the second man is still not happy and has made a couple of more demands. Another communist wing a sister concern decided not to join the Government cause it did not get the ministry it asked for. For the Nepalese politicians it is all about the Ministry, portfolio, position and the chair. They do not care about the country or the countrymen. It has been almost six months since the elections and they are still fighting for chairs, when are they going to think about the education, health and security of the people. After the downfall of all the previous powers with the effects of the same elements it is interesting to watch and see how long the Maoists would last. Specially with their alliance with other two parties which consists of opportunists of all kinds.

Indian citizen, Nepali Minister

Yet another controversy in Nepal, this time, of a very high magnitude and a very serious issue if true. It is about a ministerial member of New Nepal’s revolutionary cabinet and, unfortunately, his nationality has been found to be as an Indian. The Minister is none other than Ram Chandra Jha, the new UML minister for Local Development. It’s been heard that Mr. Jha is in possession of the Indian Residency Permit from Harlakhi area of Madhubani District, State of Bihar, India, issued on July 12, 2008, House Number 143. According to the residency permit, Mr. Jha is an Indian national. Mr. Jha has his name registered in the Indian voter list (1983) of Harlakhi area with serial number 476 followed by his wife Sushmadevi’s with 477. To the surprise, Mr. Jha has a copy of the original Nepali citizenship certificate (no.56142205) issued on March 26, 2007 wherein it is also mentioned that his father is Pulkit Jha who also is an Indian citizen. It is also said that Mr. Jha first acquired his Nepali Citizenship certificate on Saturday 18th March 1989. On Saturday all government offices in Nepal are supposed to be closed and thus how Mr. Jha could have been awarded Nepali citizenship on this very day is something unusual. Mr. Jha has five brothers, who are currently living in India and are legal Indian citizens. However, Madanchandra Jha- a brother of Minister Jha who illegally obtained his Nepali Citizenship certificate later returned it to the Nepal Government with the fear of being nabbed by Nepal authorities. Mr. Ramchandra Jha is a central committee member of the Nepal Communist Party-United Marxist Leninist for the last ten years. If for some reason the above is true than not only Minister Jha, but the entire party that he represents along with the Maoist led Government is in deep trouble.

Still a rebel

It had been noticed and witnessed that the rebel Maoist leader Prachanda still has that rebellion instinct of his intact. Be it good or bad, but he has been breaking long standing rituals one after another because of this rebellion nature of his. Him visiting China before India is not an issue cause as the head of the state of a country it’s his choice to visit any country that he thinks the need to. The issue is that, in the past all dignitaries leaving or arriving the country were seen off and received by “pancha-kanyas” but in the case of the rebel leader Prachanda there were no pancha-kanyas seen when he was leaving or arriving from China. The leaders, in the past, when on a state visit always wore the traditional Nepalese dress (daura surwal) but the rebel leader is mostly seen wearing a business suite. These issues are not of much importance, but at the same time they carry sentimental values. Being a Nepali one should be proud to wear the Nepali dress. Regardless of what these leaders feel about themselves but they should not forget that they are still a Nepali and should abide by the Nepali sentiments.

UN concerned about the underaged rebel fighters

The United Nations says that nearly 3,000 underage combatants, who belonged to Maoist guerrilla forces, are still confined to U.N. monitored camps in Nepal. These minors were recruited by the Maoists while they waged a guerilla war to overthrow Nepal's monarchy. In 2006, under a peace deal, about 19,000 rebel fighters - including the underage ones - were housed in various camps. Since then, much has changed in the country. The Maoists have swept to power, and their leader, Prachanda is now the country's Prime Minister. The Coordinator at the United Nations Mission for Nepal, Macarena Aguilar, says the new government should formally release all fighters under the age of 18. "Their rights to reintegration should be respected and it should of course be fully supported," Aguilar said. "We are concerned of course that the longer the minors remain away from their families, away from their communities, the more difficult the reintegration process is likely to be." So far the Maoists have not responded to calls for release of underage fighters, and have said they have still to decide what to do with them. Some human rights activists have expressed concern that these youngsters will be mobilized for political campaigns. Gauri Pradhan is a spokesperson for the National Human Rights Commission, which has also been pushing for the release of the young fighters. He hopes the recent political changes that have put the Maoists in power, will spell changes for the underage fighters. "There is opportunity as well as challenges now," he said. "The Prime Minister has responsibility as head of government to rescue them [minors] and help them for their reintegration to their respective family." The issue of what will happen to the thousands of guerrilla fighters staying in camps has still to be resolved. The former rebels want them to be recruited into the army, but the army is reluctant to have soldiers who have been politically indoctrinated.

Three Deputy Prime Ministers of Nepal

Never in the history of Nepal as a nation state has there been the provision for three deputy prime ministers at a time. However, the government led by none other than the revolutionary Maoists have proceeded towards the path that not only damages the coalition culture in a democratic set up but also has established that the party’s and personal interests are far above than the country’s prime agenda. With this provision, Nepal in the process of making history in series has made yet another jocular history. A meeting held between the leaders of three major political parties, the Maoists, the UML and the Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum on Saturday August 30, 2008 decided to include the provision of three deputy prime ministers in the government set-up. “Mr. Bam Dev Gautam- UML’s deputy prime minister, Dr. Baburam Bhattarai- Maoists’ deputy prime minister and Mr. Upendra Yadav MJF’s deputy prime minister”, say reports adding Mr. Gautam will be the immediate deputy to prime minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal followed by Dr. Bhattarai and Mr. Yadav. Dr. Bhattarai and Mr. Yadav who are currently the ministers will be awarded the post of deputy prime ministers keeping their current portfolio intact. Mr. Bam Dev Gautam will be the deputy prime minister with the responsibility to handle the ministry of home affairs. No explanation needed, this is the biggest joke in itself and one can only laugh out loud. What more can be expected from the power hungry self-centered politicians of Nepal.

Visa issues for PM Prachanda

As per the reports Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has plans to visit the US to address the United Nation’s General Assembly in New York, this September. Nevertheless, considering that Pushpa Kamal Dahal aka Prachanda is still carrying a US terrorist tag and the question is, will a guerilla head turned Prime Minister of Nepal get the needed US VISA to attend the UN assembly?

The following is a quote from official website, US Department of State. “Although the Government of Nepal no longer considers the Maoists to be terrorists, the U.S. Government’s designation of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) as a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” organization under Executive Order 13224 and its inclusion on the "Terrorist Exclusion List" pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act remain in effect. These two designations make Maoists excludable from entry into the United States and bar U.S. citizens from transactions such as contribution of funds, goods, or services to, or for the benefit of, the Maoists.” As per the above quote, Mr. Prachanda is not eligible to receive the required US visa and it is interesting to watch how this issue will be addressed and treated at the US Embassy.

The newly elected PM should firstly understand that he is heading a country that is run mostly by foreign aid and foreign donations and he should be careful about what he says about the donors. He bluntly says that America’s foreign policy is not good and he refers to Iraq, Afghanistan and of course, themselves. His references are associated with problems with terrorism the world is currently fighting. Is he trying to advocate on behalf of these terrorist groups by calling America’s policy a bad one. The Maoist rebel leader should also understand that the major foreign currency earning industry of the country is the Nepalese people living and working abroad. A major portion of these people live and work in the United States and money is flowing to Nepal from this source as well. This is a very friendly policy towards Nepal and when leaders speak they should speak for the country and the countrymen and not for their own interest.

First PM of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal

The country now has elected a New Prime Minister to head the Government of Nepal. The mathematical game has finally come to an end with the Maoists backed up by UML and MJF bagged 464 votes out of 577 casted. The same UML and MJF who were holding hands with Nepali Congress and also backed them to elect the President suddenly changed course and joined the Rebels this time. Maybe the NC was not able to offer these opportunists what the Maoists have offered. Or they went by the saying, “blood is thicker than water” and the red-blooded communist brothers united to achieve their goals. Not to forget that Mr. Upendra Yadav himself was a rebel associated with the Maoists. Though an accurate independent figure about the economic costs of war is not available it is estimated the damage to infrastructure alone amounted to US $ 246 million. The Maoists have used threats, extortion and killings to get their way. They have killed poor, innocent people and those who have criticized their top leaders. The war has encouraged and spread a culture of intimidation and violence, which is bound to have a long-term impact in a society which was credited for peace and harmony. Prachanda and others have defended these tactics, arguing that during war such incidents do occur and that they regret mistakes. But just regretting does not solve the problem cause even today the Nepalese people are suffering from the crimes committed by the Maoists. Only announcing that PLA is inactive and that the YCL will be dissolved won’t work. All activities of the YCL has to be completely stopped and the PLA has to surrender and turn in all the arms and ammunition they have in their possession.

Many find it difficult to agree. They argue that Prachanda and many top Maoist leaders are, in fact, more feudal and hypocritical than those whom they regard as such. What can be expected of a personality like Prichard’s, holder of Bachelors degree in Agriculture, turned a school teacher, turned a rebel, turned a terrorist and finally turned Prime Minister. The summary of his journey is just like the old time fairy tale where the monster cat declares to go on a pilgrim stating that he gave up killings.

A contest to choose the next Miss Nepal has been postponed indefinitely after women assembly members from the Maoist party criticized the beauty pageant. The former rebels said they opposed a contest where women were treated as objects of entertainment. The so-called "Hidden Treasure" contest scheduled for 7 August had been called off, event organizers confirmed. "We won't let the event take place. We don't need such a thing in the new federal democratic republic of Nepal where women are treated as objects of entertainment," Maoist MP Amrita Thapa was quoted as saying by the AFP news agency. Ms Thapa said the Maoists would not allow an "anti-women" event inspired by "capitalist" elements. "Such contests send the wrong message to society as they emphasize physical beauty rather than intellectual ability," another female Maoist told the agency. Contest organizer Girendra Man Rajbanshi told the BBC: "The event was originally scheduled for 7 August, but we have postponed it for the time being. We are currently in the process of holding dialogue with them, so the contest has only been postponed for some time." The beauty pageant has been criticized by various Maoist-affiliated groups and women activists who have vowed to disrupt it at any cost. The 20 young women who have been shortlisted for the contest are also defending it, saying it did not promote obscenity and empowered the winners. Miss Nepal is one of the few beauty pageants in the world that does not have a swim suit round out of deference to the conservative national culture. The pageant has also been championed by Nepal's "daughter-of-the-soil". Maoist women's leader and lawmaker Amrita Thapa should be asked as to why they have a problem over the programme when the contestants' parents encouraged them to take part. Ms Thapa and the protesters of the beauty pageant show should be asked why they do not protest against far more serious issues like growing trafficking of Nepali women, prostitution and the proliferation of dance in the heart of the capital where nude shows go on every single day.

Tibetans too have the right to protest

The Dalai Lama also known to the Tibetans as Jetsun Jamphel Ngawang Lobsang Yeshe Tenzin Gyatso - Holy Lord, Gentle Glory, Compassionate, Defender of the Faith, Ocean of Wisdom. Also referred to as His Holiness, as Yeshe Norbu, the Wish fulfilling Gem or simply Kundun - The Presence, is the recipient of the 1989 Nobel Peace Prize. In 1950, at 16, the spiritual leader was called upon to assume full political power as Head of State and Government when Tibet was threatened by the might of China. In 1954 he went to Peking to talk with Mao Tse-Tung and other Chinese leaders, including Chou En-Lai and Deng Xiaoping. In 1956, while visiting India to attend the 2500th Buddha Jayanti, he had a series of meetings with Prime Minister Nehru and Premier Chou about deteriorating conditions in Tibet. In 1959 he was forced into exile in India after the Chinese military occupation of Tibet. Since 1960 he has resided in Dharamsala, also known as "Little Lhasa", the seat of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile. Currently the two big giants, India and China are dictating the Nepalese Government to act like their puppets to serve their interest. One to provoke the Tibetans to protest and the latter to crush the protest and their loyalists are dancing to the tunes of their masters to please them respectively. Unfortunately the sufferers are the peace loving Tibetans. These poor people driven out of their country are trying to peacefully protest for the existence of their nation and the Nepalese Government is suppressing their voice. If you love your country and want your country to be independent then in that case you have to realize that other nationals have the same right. Tibet belongs to the Tibetans; it’s their land that has been occupied and that they are having to live in various part of the world as refugees. If the ones who have lost their nationalism do not protest then who is going to speak up for them. The Nepalese Government should stay out of this controversy and move forward to working on its own ongoing problems. The Nepalese fought their battle to abolish the 240 year old Monarchy and similarly should let the Tibetans carryout their freedom fight which they deserve.

Current Political Situation

This is sad, Leaders, at a time when the country needs unity and stability are busy fighting among themselves. They are least bothered about the civilians and why should they be, they are Nepali politicians and it is their birthright to think about themselves first. Mr. Prachanda wants to be the PM and Mr. Koirala wants the same. Mr. Khanal wants five major ministries under his belt forgetting Mr. Yadav has also forwarded the same demands. Oh, PM’s chair is not enough to satisfy my power thirst, I also need four other portfolios to go with is what Mr. Koirala says and Mr. Gautam is heard making demands for the post of vice PM. This does not sound like leaders working towards political consensus instead it sounds and looks like them playing a game, the dirty game of politics. Just speaking my mind, for a change, Mr. Koirala should step aside and let someone from the younger generation with proper education, adequate knowledge of Nepali politics, dynamic leadership and ample love for his/her motherland, lead the country. I believe this is what the Nepalese people are looking for as well. The question is do we have one single personality who possesses these qualities among the so called leaders of Nepal? I don’t think so. All we have is power hungry opportunist leaders. It has already been quite some time since the CA elections and these politicians are still unable to form a Government and would you in any way believe that these same leaders are going to build a constitution in two years? A distant dream, not impossible but very tough. Unless these leaders come above and beyond this practice of dirty politics, they may still have a future because that is what they are working for but the country NEPAL has no future. Give it a thought.

Army's problem

The above video shows the army formation the Maoists used to fight their so called peoples war. Nepal, a peaceful landlocked country, become home to the most dramatic Maoist insurgency in modern history.The children describe their dramatic recruitment and participation in the Maoist People's Liberation Army during the eleven-year civil war. The girls' stories in particular demonstrate how joining the violent Maoist struggle became their only option to escape the gender discrimination and sexual violence of traditional Hindu culture in Nepal. With the major conflict ended and the Maoists in control of the government, these children are now discarded by the Maoist leadership and forced to return home to communities and families that want nothing to do with them and the remaining PLA is what the Maoists want to merge with the Nepal Army.

Why on earth would the Nepal Army the pride of Nepal merge with the rebels or as you may say the terrorists. They fought a war against eachother, one for the government who labled the other as terrorists and one for the Maoist who brainwashed them calling it the peoples war.

The officers of the Nepal Army have undergone adequate and intenssive training, aquired the required quallification and trainied to be what they are today. On the other hand the latter known as PLA (Peoples,s Libration Army) comprises of ordinary people who choose to pick up guns for Maoist idology to fight the goveernment and were involved in acts of terrosim. There is no way that the two can be compared and is absolutely incorect to even thing about mergeing the two and if any step is taken to do so, mark my words, there is a huge revolution coming up within the Nepal Army.

seeking clearance

The language in this interview sounds like, the Maoist Supremo Prachanda is seeking some kind of clearance to have their name removed from the Terrorist list. Why not, their name should be cleared, now that they have entered the main stream politics. But just entering the main stream does not qualify or justify, cause their activities and attitude haven't changed. Anyone directly or indirectly involved in the killings of innocent human beings are classified as a terrorist and the Maoists have been involved in such an act and the numbers are beyond imagination or nobody knows for sure how many. Besides, the Maoists have also killed the future of thousands of children, by misleading and using them as their so called solders or fighters. The young ones who should be holding books in their hands and attending school to be educated citizens have been holding guns, living in jungles and fighting a war that their young minds are not capable of understanding what they are doing. Is there a future for all those misled kids and who is to be held responsible and accountable for their destroyed childhood. Someday, when these young children grow up to be adults, they are going to have tons of questions to ask and then the ones who have misled and used them and destroyed their lives might not have answers. Be prepared the day is coming soon.

Our Leaders...What do they want

Nepalese Leaders, what do they want?? Power, wealth, chair, fame, recognition or is there something more than just that. Hard to understand and believe but none of these so called leaders are working towards the feelings and the sentiments of the Nepalese people. At this point, they really do not care for the people cause this is the most crucial time of their career . They are all busy thinking for themselves and making bargains, just to make sure they secure a big chair in the next Government. But is that all that matters to them??

The answer is yes and that is why they are busy meeting their own rivals from other parties secretly, holding talks with foreign envoys, begging for their support to achieve their biggest goals, which is to bag a portfolio for themselves in the next government.

The very common names in this process, ignoring the country and the coountrymen for their personal benifits are; Koirala, Dahal, Bhattarai, Khanal, Yadav, Gupta, Poudel, Gachhadar, Thapa, Bhusal, Nepal, Mahat, Sitaula, Gautam, Gurung, Bohara, Debua, Chaudhary, Paswan, and the list goes on and on.

We, the Nepali people have already made the mistake of electing these self centered personalities to the CA (big mega circus, will justify this term later) and all we can do now is to watch them perform and prove themselves clowns or heroes.

So called....'Iron Man'

Girija Prasad Koirala was born in Tadi, in Bihar, India in 1925, where his family was in exile at that time. He is the current Prime Minister of Nepal, nominated after the reinstatement of the parliament in 2006. He has been elected Prime Minister of Nepal four times. He's held the office of the Prime minister in the past, from 1991 to 1994, 1998 to 1999 and 2000 to 2001. He is the President of the Nepali Congress Party. Koirala has been active in politics for over sixty years and started his career as a labour leader in the Jute mills in his hometown Biratnagar. He founded the Nepal Trade Union Congress in 1948. Later, in 1952, he became the President of the Morang district chapter of the Nepal Congress and held the office until the time he was arrested by King Mahendra's government in 1960. Koirala, along with other leaders of the party, was exiled in India until his return to Nepal in 1979. He was the General Secretary of the Nepali Congress from 1975 to 1991. Koirala was actively involved in the 1990 and the 2006 democratic movement (jana andolan).He was educated at the Kirori Mal College of Delhi University, India.

Nations first President

Ram Baran Yadav (born February 4, 1948) is the current President of Nepal. He was elected in July 2008 and is the country's first President. He previously served as Minister of Health and as General Secretary of the Nepali Congress party. Yadav was born in Sapahi VDC-9, Dhanusa. The son of Thani and Ramrati Yadav, he studied medicine in the Calcutta Medical College and the School of Tropical Medicine of the University of Calcutta in India. As per the decision of Nepali Congress to contest in local body election, Dr Yadav contested for the chairman of Ward No. 9 of Sapahi Panchayat in 1987 and was elected unanimously. After securing membership of Panchayat as a prerequisite to contest district chairmanship election Yadav contested for chairman of district Panchayat election in 1987, but he lost. Yadav was arrested during the Jana Andolan in 1990 and jailed for three months, but was released with the establishment of multi-party democracy. Yadav was the Minister of State for Health in the 1991-1994 Nepali Congress government. He was elected to the House of Representatives in the 1999 election as a candidate of the Nepali Congress. After that election, he became Minister of Health. In May 2007, Yadav's residence in Janakpur was attacked by militants of the Janatantric Tarai Mukti Morcha (JTMM). The JTMM put up a seizure notice at the house, hoisted their flags at it and detonated a bomb. Yadav contested the Dhanusa-5 constituency in the April 2008 Constituent Assembly election. He won the seat obtaining 10392 votes. Yadav was elected as the first President of Nepal in a second round of voting on July 21, 2008. He received 308 out of the 590 votes cast in the Constituent Assembly defeating Ram Raja Prasad Singh, who had been nominated by the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) in a second round of voting.

Nepal’s first vice president Parmananda Jha, a former Supreme Court judge has ignored the show cause notice issued by the Supreme Court of Nepal against him for taking oath and secrecy of office in Hindi. The Supreme Court on July 28, 2008 had issued a show cause notice against the government of Nepal and vice president Jha in the initial hearing to the writ petition filed by senior advocate Bal Krishna Neupane against Jha taking oath in Hindi. The supreme court of Nepal in the show cause notice had asked for a written explanation from Jha within seven working days that expired yesterday, August 5, 2008. Now the question is, is the vice president above the Nepalese law or is he just testing the law. Before jumping into conclusions, lets wait and see what the Supreme Court does next.

Communism………….a sweet dream

A scheme of equalizing the social conditions of life; specifically, a scheme which contemplates the abolition of inequalities in the possession of property, as by distributing all wealth equally to all, or by holding all wealth in common for the equal use and advantage of all. Communism is a form of government where everything is shared equally with all citizens. Everyone earns the same wage regardless of position, none owns property but the state, and everyone lives at a similar level. No poor, no rich.... all middle class. This is the kind of dream that is being sold to the poor and innocent Nepalese people by the so called Communist leaders of Nepal. Will this dream ever come true or will it always remain a dream??
