barking dog seldom bites

Madhav Kumar Nepal, the ex-General Secretary of the UML and also considered a senior leader has been currently disagreeing with the Maoists, specially with PM Prachanda and is using any opportunity he gets to blast at them and has also been saying , “there is no meaning in staying in the Government”, “my party will pull out of the Government”, “The Maoists are wrong and they have failed.”
Regardless of what Mr. Nepal feels or desires the dirty politics of the UML still has its support with the Maoist led Government and the senior leaders voice, feelings and sentiment mean nothing to the party. It also seems that Mr. Nepal no longer has influence of any kind over his own party or his party members who have abandoned him and have left him to be only a barking dog who seldom bites.

Prachanda in reality

Maoist Chairman, Pushpa Kamal Dahal reiterated that his party had no option but to launch a fresh struggle if attempts were made to thwart army integration and the constitution-drafting processes. He urges people to raise arms, believes in bringing peace and restoring freedom with a gun. Prachanda is heard saying that his party would quit the government by mid-January 2009 and launch a struggle. He also says that the administrative structure has puzzled him and at times he is confused whether he is the prime minister or a rebel. The man is so lost in himself that important issues concerning the nation do not get into his head nor does he have the capability or the intellect to efficiently deal with the administration of the country. From day one, as Prime Minister he has also threatened all other parties that if they do not support him, he would launch yet another radical movement. With a thought like his and state of mind he has the country will never see any positive change as the people have dreamt off, instead everything the country ever had like it’s rich heritage, culture, independence, brotherhood, safety, economy, infrastructure will all be destroyed and as you may see it has all begun. History is always preserved but this guy wants to wipe out history and create one of his own and the proof of the same is this rebel taking about removing the statues of the kings. Next he will insist on removing the statues of poets and martyrs and replace them with his or his ideological mentor Mao. A man sitting on the Prime Minister’s seat who says he is confused and feels that he is still a rebel and wants to resolve issues with a gun is dangerous and is incapable of leading the country as the head of the nation and should be taken action against, if for anything, just to save the nation, Nepal.

Currently, Criminal Rule in Nepal

Moists, listed as terrorists in Nepal and by foreign Governments for their terror related activities are a ruling force in Nepal today. They are responsible for over fifteen thousand lives lost and their crimes include murder, rape, kidnapping, looting, vandalizing, abduction, robbery, illegally seizing of property, etc. etc. You name it and they are involved in it one way or the other. They have committed crimes of all shapes and sizes. The question is after all this, how are they, the Maoists roaming the streets of Nepal even more freely than ever, instead of spending time behind bars. To all of those who are responsible for bringing these anti-social elements into limelight, you do not negotiate with terrorists, you condemn them and keep them away from society even if you have eradicate them, cause they are a disease. Is anyone ever going to standup against this disease or is the country going to be infected forever. Does anyone has the guts to cleanup all this mess or do the Nepalese people have to be slaves for the rest of their lives to these communist dictators. The so called leaders from the political parties have only been heard criticizing, but not initiating action of any kind, like they only want to maintain their political existence but not do their duties towards the nation. The Maoists after terrorizing have now captured the center seat of the nation where they do what ever they want and there is literally no opposition or stopping them. The terror package, their self declared army is being merged with the only non political and prestigious institution, the Nepal Army. All the charges filled against these criminals in the court of law have been dropped and their names have been cleared of the crimes they have committed regardless of it being rape or murder. A murder case filed against Finance Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai still remains pending at the District Court in far-western Kalikot. Police Sub-Inspector Kaji Bahadur Basnet had in the year 2001 filed a case at the Kalikot District Court against senior Maoist leaders Dr Bhattarai and Khadga Bahadur B.K for their involvement in a murder in the district. In a controversial decision taken by the cabinet over a month and half ago, the government withdrew some 349 criminal cases that were under review at various courts across the country. Maoist leaders and cadres benefited the most through this decision. As per the decision, charges as serious as rape to even drug smuggling which were leveled against some individuals have been withdrawn. Mr. John, who has been recently witnessed residing various functions as the chief guest or socializing with law makers is no other than the criminal, Babban Singh, the notorious man himself in reality. The man in the most wanted list of Nepal police. The charges against him, conspiring a bomb blast in the capital city Kathmandu where 3 lives were lost, and a dozen others injured. He is also charged with rape and murder of a minor, a crime which is unforgiving by any law. After reading all of this one is compelled to think this to be a script of a commercial movie as compared by the terrorist Prime Minister himself in his speech, but the reality is that this is the current situation in NEPAL. All the criminals have become political leaders and having a political affiliation with the Maoist party has become the license to kill cause sooner or later the case will be dropped and you would not even be arrested. The Nepalese people saw the Rana Rule, Pancha Rule, Multy Party Democratic rule and now the Criminal Rule.

Kathmandu, paradise for Criminals

A report acquired from Nepal Police Headquarters has showed that in the past six months period alone there has been 41 cases of murder, 23 robbery, 31 abduction and 38 rape cases in the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC). This report clearly shows the level of security in the country and how vulnerable the people are to be a casualty of a criminal act. Never in the past, there has been such high rates of criminal activities and this is the true example of a failed government. The Maoist led Government has completely failed to provide security to the people and the key reason behind it being they themselves are involved in most of the crimes committed. For once, it makes everyone think and look back at how secured they were twenty years ago. How freely one could travel around the country and how active and efficient the law enforcement agency was when it came to security. The criminals feared the police then but in this modern day the criminals are all political activists and they are politically protected and this gives them that extra motivation to commit a crime. The law enforcement is helpless cause the politicians have limited their authority by directly interfering in the day to day operation of these officers and if some dedicated officer goes against the desire of the politician then the officer himself fears harm to him or his loved ones in this Maoist-raj where the only rule is the jungle rule.

Maoist double standard

Assuring the People’s Liberation Army from the land of Chairman Mao, the Maoist PM Prachanda said, “Nepal has become very sensitive towards the security of concerns of China and that Nepal will never let anti-China activities happen in Nepal.
Nepali congress was always called Indian dalal for their inclination towards India and now we have a Chinese dalal, who is begging the big communist state to protect their communist rule in Nepal by saying they will kill the rights of the Tibetans, no matter what. Dictators as always. Instead of working towards progression and development of the country and winning the confidence of the people the incapable communists are seeking help from their foreign mentors with acceptance that they are willing to destroy the rights of the Tibetans. This is what is called the communist double standards. They fought a war to come to powers which took the lives of almost over fifteen thousand people, which is justified to them, but they do not like the idea about the peaceful movement of the Tibetans, for their rights and existence. Does that sound fair to you??

New Embassy and Ambassador in Canada

During, August 2008 NRN Canada held its first convention and invitations were sent to various political leaders requesting their participation. The only person to attend the mentioned convention was Parvati, the leader from the terrorist organization the “Maoists“. It was Dr. Pramod Dhakal’s initiations who not only, personally invited Parvati but also went to the extent of purchasing the required air-ticket for her against the decision of NRN where it was specifically mentioned that the invited participants would have to make their travel arrangements on their own and that NRN Canada was only liable for food and accommodation. Parvati was denied entry visa to the United States when she wanted to attend the ANA convention but Dr. Dhakal’s loyalty did take her to Canada and the rumors now are that the Maoists in return have assured Dr. Dhakal they would establish a Nepalese Embassy in Canada and that he would be their Ambassador. Amongst all this, the fact that has bothered the NRN working committee members is that Dr. Dhakal has claimed for reimbursement for the expenses involved in Parvati's travel to Canada.
